COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This special release is brewed just for the holidays. For a new approach to a classic favorite, we added cherries to our traditional Chocolate Bock for a sweet, slightly tart note. Aged on a bed of dark cocoa nibs, the malty, chocolaty, and dark fruit flavors create a rich, complex beer perfect for winter. Cheers!

Drank from bottle. Pours a dark brown almost black. The smell is heavy on the cherries. Tastes exactly like cherry cordial. Finishes with a strong chocolate taste. Full bodied beer. Not bad for a one bottle a year thing.

Pours a very deep brown/borderline black with a low white head atop it. Aroma has a tart cherry, light chocolate, some light roasted malt late and a little raisin in the finish. Nose reminds me of a chocolate cherry bonbon. Flavor begins with chocolate malt and moves into a light cherry tartness melded with roasted and anise flavor. Body is modest with the right amount of carbonation. Overall an okay beer. Definitely something I would only drink one of for a very long time.

Pours a dark slightly red hued brown with minimal quickly disappointing tan head. Aroma is sweet with cherry and bits of cocoa nibs. Slightly weak body with a cherry pie finish. Overall sweet roasted beer great for the holidays!

The beer pours out black and opaque with almost no head. Immediate aromas of cough-syrup cherry and dark chocolate, it reminds me of a Tootsie Roll cherry lollipop in a bad way. Luckily it improves with the flavor where the sweet/roasted malt helps even out the cherry and chocolate. Now it’s like a cherry tootsie pop but in a good way! Great mouthfeel, it’s slick ,thick and oily. Probably the worst beer in the 2013 winter mix pack, definitely wouldn’t buy a six pack or order it at a bar.
