COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

Pershing (596) - Garland, Texas, USA - JAN 21, 2018
Murky orange with hardly no visual carbonation or head. Slight orange and spice aroma. Medium to light body with that is on the sweet side and a little tangy. Lingering orange bitter finish. I can't believe this is the best they can create after 35 years brewing.

Tranquillity (2571) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 10, 2018
Draft at JFK. Half hazy orange body, small white head. The aroma has cinnamon and other spices, orange zest. The taste is impressively humble yet spicy and full.

This beer reinforces why I should avoid this Brewer and why I should check the ratings before I buy. 😁

Decent beer. Just something missing in it I guess. Hate writing these things ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

ttoadee (1665) - Austin, Texas, USA - JAN 2, 2018
Cloudy medium gold pour, thin white head. Nose is grain, some orange, touch Too much coriander. Middle is wet cardboard, there is the mentioned plum (?????), and muddy spices. Finish is undemanding, unfocused, and a touch sweet.

Oakes (19426) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 2, 2018
This has a soft malt character, light wheaty acidity, mandarin orange and coriander notes. Even in Miami this is a funny beer for a winter seasonal. Balanced wit, though.

Good beer for winter break. The spice makes it unique and crisp. Would make a good house warming gift for a holiday party or visit. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

oobawa (1864) - Tennessee, USA - DEC 18, 2017
Just enough above average to make you wonder why it isn't better. Some witbier niceties flit about; crisp, meadow-like wheat elements add a grassy undertone with subtle notes of clove and vanilla, and the plum adds an unexpected dark fruit sweetness to the base. Subtle orange peel accents the mellow yeasty tartness, while a cereal milk graininess perks up on the back end. Finishes yeasty and crisp, if a tad on the bland side. Not great, but better than expected. Pours a hazy gold with a fluffy white head and moderate lacing. Aroma gives up a mild grainy sweetness mixed with yeast. Sparkly, creamy texture is pretty great, actually. Not the worst pint you can come across.
