Crisp & lively, the hazy smoothness of this unfiltered White Ale is roused by the crackling of spring spices. From a hint of sweetness from orange peel & plum to the peppery bite of fresh ground coriander, the subtle blend of spices creates just the right refreshing kick to signal that spring is on its way. Cheers!

12 oz bottle poured into a shaker. The aroma is a combination of a yeasty / doughy quality with some citrus, spice, baked bread, stone fruit, and pepper. It pours a hazy gold yellow with a white fluffy head. The head dissipates to a thinnish layer atop the beer. It does leave a light lace on the way down. The taste is a medium sweetness with a light bitter, pretty much reflecting the aroma. The medium bodied beer is creamy with a soft carbonation and a clean, dry, crisp finish. Theres a light lemon-citrus aftertaste that does linger for awhile, but is mellow.

I had this from the tap with a pasta dinner at a local Italian restaurant. It was good. Drinkable. Some head which didnt last too long. Mild sweetness, some spice that also came out in the aroma. A little thin for me with a little too much carbonation but, for ordering at a restaurant that is not a brew pub, it was fine, but not something I would choose to buy for myself at a distributor.

This is not a good Sam Adams beer. Im not really an unfiltered enthusiast but this tastes like a cheap beer. Cool label design though

Hazy to cloudy golden/orange colored liquid. Smallish dense near white head. Scents of wheat, yeast, orange zest, licorice and light apple. Light sweet pale malt start. Citrus and mild spices kick in, which leads to a peppery finish and linger with pears and peaches. 1/14

Aroma: faintly bready but not much there; Appearance: hazy dark orange pour with billowy white head that thins out quickly; Taste: lightly spicy and malty but no personality; Palate: medium body with short finish; Overall: forgettable
