Bottle at Hollywood studios in Orlando. Pours a golden amber color. Fresh hop aroma of tropical citrus fruit. Crisp finish. Nice hop flavors. Smooth. Medium light bitterness. Tastes like a pale ale. Good. BMMillsy (1788) - Florida, USA - NOV 29, 2013
Grabbed a sixer for Thanksgiving. Pours from the bottle a mostly clear dark golden color with small white head. Aroma of bready malts, lemon peel, sweet honey, grapefruit. Smells like a malty DIPA. Flavor follows as expected, big bready malts, lemon peels, sweetness, really like a malty DIPA. Slick body, medium high carbonation, big flavor for only 5%. Not bad, but was hoping for a lighter on the malt body and bigger aromatic hop profile. BrewMstr (194) - Pleasant View, Utah, USA - NOV 27, 2013
Sam Adams continues to innovate and inspire, my first IPL but what a specimen! Awesome hope forward bite and smooth lager finish, good anytime though a great hoppy alternative to wheat type beers in hot weather. Light color, strong citrus odor, and crisp finish. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 18, 2013
Golden amber with a frothy white dissipating crown. Grainy aroma of dusty pale malt, mild citrus and some citrus. Taste is uneventful and okay. Citrus, mild caramel, some grapefruit, mild pine and a lackluster bitter finish. penguinfinity (107) - North Carolina, USA - NOV 14, 2013
Bottle. Smells mildly of citrus. Pours almost clean light orange with just a little head. Taste comes on strong with hops, but finishes clean citrusy. Mostly drinkable, good taste. Starts like a decent IPA and finishes like an amazing lager.

Poured a bright gold with a light tan head that slowly dissolved. Aroma is happy but not overwhelming. Taste is much of the same, with hints of citrus. Very nice. MikeJslc (778) - USA - NOV 13, 2013
Deep gold, clear, off white head. Aroma of piney, citrusy hops with a little caramel. Flavor: citrus-apricot hop flavor with a little vegetal/herbal note, grainy malt. drpimento (3671) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - NOV 13, 2013
Excellent beer! If only it wouldn’t have been kept under fluorescent lights at the store. Poured at a good temperature with a decent, foamy, frothy, thick, long lasting, cream-colored head and plenty of lace. Color is a clear orange amber with loads of bubble trails. Aroma is hop, malt, fruit, bit of skunk. Flavor is like nose, largely loses the skunk, has a great balance between bitter, tang, and sweet right up front and dance around each other in the mouth. Body is spot on; ditto carbonation. Finish is like flavor, has good length and is great drinking! Hope to get more of this. LilBeerDoctor (3997) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 11, 2013
On tap. Pours a clear orange with a thick white head. Aroma of perfume, light fruits, citrus, pale malts. Flavor of citrus, grapefruit, hop oils, sweet malt. A bit sweet. Hoppy but the palate is too weak.
