12oz bottle. Filtered, quite pale orange-tan. Fast rising, factory carbonation bubbles. Thin, soapy residue of a head. A pretty enjoyable offering, has a nice pronounced hop character which gets to shine above the muted caramel and golden malt backbone. A tasty beverage all the way, just not impressive visually in most all respects. Aurelius (5651) - Tallahassee, Florida, USA - FEB 2, 2013
Strong, resinous/gasoline hop aroma. Bad label, standard longneck. Bright citrine colored, clear, modest white head. Sweet, well-brewed hop flavor, latent kat whizz. Medium heavy mouthfeel, lingering bitterness. Generally OK, but the aroma was flawed to me. Publix, part of the Spring Thaw mixer. jb (3445) - Rochester, New York, USA - FEB 2, 2013
Very nice nose, citrus and floral hops notes. Pale clear and gold appearance. Crisp clean, hoppy and nutty taste. Drinkable. robforbes (2277) - Bremerton, Washington, USA - FEB 2, 2013
pours a clear pale amber with a small off white head, and good lacing.
smell is of citrus, hops, slight malt, light grapefruit, and floral.
taste has a citrus punch, bitter hops, slight pine, some caramel, and some malt. ends a bit tart and bitter. demitriustown (1192) - Sterling Heights, Michigan, USA - FEB 2, 2013
12 oz bottle: Aroma has got a wonderful hop note to it, very grapefruit and citrus notes to the hops. Appearance is a clear golden with a medium to low head that diminishes quickly. Taste has got some nice hops in there, but this is clean an crisp but just with more hops. Palate has got medium to low carbonation with a aftertaste of the hop note. Overall, Decent nothing to write home about but a decent hoppy brew. Cheers!

Pour is a clear copper with a average white head. Aroma is spicy, peppery and hops. Aroma is very rye like. Flavor is again very spicy (rye?) with a decent hoppy backbone. Finish is lager clean with a bit of that spicy malt left on the tounge. This is a solid beer and a different take on the style. bpreo (3011) - Eugene, Oregon, USA - FEB 2, 2013
India Pale (Lager?). Very, very, delicious. Like no other beer I have ever had before, but then again, it does taste familiar. Highly recommended. hogan873 (451) - Joliet, Illinois, USA - FEB 1, 2013
Clear golden body with a thin white head. Nice, inviting aroma of pine, grapefruit, and tropical fruit. Smooth, somewhat heavy mouthfeel. The flavor us unique. Starts relatively sweet, then the spicy hops kick in with grapefruit and a touch of pine evident. Finally it finishes sweet with a light tropical fruit punch. Very nice.

Pours a clear orange yellow with a thick foamy off white head. Aroma of deep spicy citrusy pepper like hops. Taste is mildly sweet with an onslaught of citrusy hops. Mouthfeel is thick finish is clean. Interesting. A sixer maybe.
