Serving: 12 oz. bottle from Wegmans Leesburg. It pours a light gold color with a small, white head. The nose has some light jasmine notes and a some florals. The flavor has a pale malt note and that jasmine. I would have liked a bit more hop character here. I am not sure this truly fits as a Kolsch. Light to medium body with average carbonation and a slightly floral finish. Okay but nothing to write home about. RedSox2004 (1895) - Pacific Palisades, California, USA - APR 30, 2011
Clear bright yellow with a moderate white head and modest lacing. Grainy aroma with floral notes from the jasmine, backed by a biscuit maltiness. Bready malts form the foundation of the flavor profile, with subtle floral hops and tart apple present. Light to medium body, lively carbonation, and a crisp finish. dwaggs2 (1297) - Jefferson City, Missouri, USA - APR 30, 2011
Bottle from the summer sample pack. Poured a hazy gold color with a smaller white head. Aroma was malts, grass, and citrus. Flavor was much of the same, citrus, malts and bread. Very thin and weak. Average at best. nick76 (4399) - Tampa, Florida, USA - APR 30, 2011
The aroma is light with malt, grass, yeast, and something strange that I am guessing is the Jasmine. The appearance is pale gold with a foamy head. The taste is like the aroma. The palate is thin. Overall a drinkable summer brew but not really that great. Ratman197 (14842) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - APR 29, 2011

A - Pours a clear golden-orange color with thin layer of white head atop. The head fades quickly leaving behind a touch of lace.
S - Aroma is a mix of roasted spicy caramel malts and deeper bready malts. There is also a bit of a grassy/floral scent in the mix.
T - Starts off with some sweet caramel malt flavor and some background sweetness that is a touch frity/cirtusy. A touch of floral flavors also present. Through the middle, some spices and a bit of hops come out. Also the floral flavors get a bit stronger. The finish is a mix of caramel sweetness and even a bit of biscuit, and just a touch of grass that lingers.
M - Medium-bodied with moderate carbonation. The finish is really dry and refreshing. Maybe culd have used a bit more flavor but it does not feel empty or watery.
D - Very drinkable. The flavors are nice and complex enough and stay really balanced throughout. Really enjoyable balance. Just wish it had a tad more body. Butters (4059) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - APR 27, 2011
Sampled from the bottle out of a summer variety pack. Sweet almost grapefruity citrus flavor. Not exactly what I think of as clasically kolsh, but still a decently tasting light bodied brew. Grainy dryness, but not like a typical graininess. Good stepping stone beer i’d think. thechandler (593) - Charleston, West Virginia, USA - APR 26, 2011
Pours a nice golden color, Aroma is slightly bready, but nice. Flavor isn’t quite as spectacular. Light grains, not a tremendous amount of hop flavor, maybe a flutter of grass notes. Overall not bad. Certainly drinkable. tronraner (2459) - Walland, Tennessee, USA - APR 26, 2011
12 oz beer. Pours a nice clear gold with lacy off-white head (I would have expected white head given the color of the beer, but it is a few shades darker than stark white). The aroma is slightly peppery with notes of lemon, strawberry, pear, and maybe even watermelon seed. The flavor is gentle malt with a bit of a fruity accent--white grapes, honeydew melon, maybe a slight lemon zest. The finish has a little bit of a dry tang to it, making it fairly refreshing. Easy drinkin’. dchmela (3064) - Orlando, Florida, USA - APR 25, 2011
From the Summer Sampler pack. Pours a clear gold with a thin white head. Fruity, bready aroma. Taste is light crisp malt, touch of biscuit, fruit and a punch of earthy hops on the finish. A nice warm weather beer.
