Poured into a perfect pint.
5.0 A: Clear copper color. Three fingers of creamy tan head. Retention is very good and glass covering lacing is left.
3.5 S: While not the most adventurous nose, it is pleasant. Cinnamon, ginger, allspice, nutmeg, but I’d prefer a heftier dose. Pumpkin gives a nice earthiness. Caramel and toasted malts, but on the drier side.
3.75 T: Taste has more power in it than the nose. The pumpkin in particular stands out more. Again the spices mentioned above are on the mild side. Caramel and toasted malts. Good.
4.0 M: Medium body. Nice creaminess to this with chewiness. Good moderate carbonation.
3.75 D: Tasty beer. Other than it being a bit tame, it’s tasty and drinks well.

650ml bottle pours a deep amber color with a 2 finger light brown head that leaves some spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma is pumpkin with cinnamon, nutmeg and other pumpkin spices. Taste is a big pumpkin and chocolate malty sweetness with the cinnamon and nutmeg and a herbal and grassy hop bitterness. Full bodied with mild carbonation. Some alcohol is noticeable. A bit too much over the top for my tastes. The pumpkin and spices seem to stand out more than they should. nickd717 (4841) - San Francisco, California, USA - SEP 29, 2015
Bomber. I had this before as Double Pumpkin but didn’t record the tick. I think it was the dark days when so many ticks were lost. I weep for them. Let’s get this out of the way: I like pumpkin beers. If you don’t, you can go eat pumpkin spice flavored poop. This beer pours a brilliant clear dark reddish amber with a lasting khaki head. The aroma is quite nice, pumpkin pie with loads of spices. Some boozy notes. The flavor is a bit overdone, certainly the ginger and possibly the ’meg as well. Lots of pumpkin pie, but too much on some elements. Sweet, close to cloying. The palate is slightly heavy, a little boozy. Overall has some very positive and slightly unenjoyable elements. A mixed bag. ajnepple (6981) - Denver, Colorado, USA - SEP 26, 2015
Backlog. 22 oz bottle shared, from Bullfrog Wine & Spirits. Light brown appearance with a beige head. Mildly spiced with a moderate malt sweetness. Notes of pumpkin, cinnamon, light caramel, ginger, nutmeg, toffee and allspice. Good. IndianaRed (4941) - Boise, Idaho, USA - SEP 25, 2015

Sampled at ABR 2015.Brown color. Pumpkin is very light and in fact I didn’t pick it up until a friend pointed it out. some squash/pumpkin flavor now that I look for it, none of the spice qualities I usually get in a pumpkin beer. I do not get the cinnamon, ginger or nutmeg. dfearnley (2286) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 5, 2015
Bottle to pint glass
Pumpkin, clove, allspice, apple, nutmeg. Dark amber with a thin 1/2 cm creamy head. Pumpkin, allspice, clove, malt. BroadestTom (446) - Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 20, 2015
Aroma dark fruits, pumpkin, pumpkin spices
Appearance red, clear, white foam,
Taste medium sweetness,
Palate medium body, lively,
Overall it tastes more like a quad than a pumpkin beer. It is a good beer but not a pumpkin beer and for that reason I would not suggest this beer to a friend pootzboy (1790) - Kitchener, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 14, 2015
Gorgeous ruby-orange color, decent pumpkin pie spices in aroma and flavour....big "fat" malts and damn boozy -this is my second one and I;m too fucked up to go into a lengthy review - just try it and be careful!!! Svesse (8742) - Hässelby, SWEDEN - JUL 31, 2015
(Bottle) Reddish brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty, spicy nose with notes of caramel, dark bread, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg and pumpkin. Malty, fruity, spicy taste with caramel, treacle-toffee, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, pumpkin, wort bread and a sweetish finish with a gentle bitterness and a slightly vinous touch. More than medium body, with a certain sweetness. I’m not a great fan of pumpkin beers and it gets a bit sweet after a while, but it’s quite well made and tasty, with the ginger coming through more and more. Quite nice.
