zombywoof (467) - Overland Park, Kansas, USA - DEC 1, 2005
UPDATED: JAN 2, 2008 Very crisp with mild fruity apricothint to the aroma. Balanced with just the right amount of malt on the finish- a good pilsner without the skunkiness you get from some pils.

Not bad at all. True a bit thin & watery though a pilsner shouldn’t be thick of body. Nice straw & golden colors. Fresh, crisp taste where the hops are well balanced with malt undertones. A more than fair offering.

DrBayern (1139) - Morehead City, North Carolina, USA - OCT 8, 2005
12 oz. bottle. Clear light straw color with bubbly, medium head. A tad thin feeling, with faint malt character, butl little hop aroma or flavor. Faint hop bitterness in the finsih. Thirst quenching, and certainly clean with no off flavors. It just falls a little short compared to other Pilseners out there.

REDDOGICE (243) - nantucket, Massachusetts, USA - JUN 29, 2005
This is a typical Pilsener. Not a big head. No lacing. Nice hop scent. smells a little metallic. A nice try though.

CBCPaleAle (73) - Ohio, USA - OCT 27, 2004
Very light golden hue. Not much head to speak of. The aroma is a faint combonation of floral/citrus. Decent as far as pilseners go.

JPDIPSO (6223) - Wauwatosa, USA - APR 3, 2004
Light golden color with a small white head. Aroma of pale malt and lightly citric hops. Rather thin feel. Mild malt flavors with only a touch of hops to balance. Cross between a lager and a pils.

DocLock (10689) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - APR 1, 2004
Very crisp and clean. Pours deep yellow. Decent head. Finishes with a good bitter hoppiness, and sort of sweet and sour. Somewhat dry. A good pilsener.

Lizabeth (360) - east falmouth, Massachusetts, USA - JAN 2, 2004
This beer was hard to find and I live in MA. What gives? Nice golden color with a fluffy, meringue-like head. Crisp floral and piney hops are nicely balanced by crystal malts. Very drinkable.

Slick (1969) - Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA - NOV 28, 2003
Very nice golden color, small white head that didn't manage to stay around for long. The aroma was lightly malty and mildly hoppy with maybe a slight fruit side to it,but very weak at best. The after taste comes off as lightly malty with a good hop presence.Over all not to bad decent enough to have a few more.

2001 Bottle drank in 2003. Haha, how's that for vintage beer. Not sure why Caper's Deli had bottles from 2001 of this, but I've been searching for it, so I gave it a try. Good clean aroma of slight noble hops and a fluffy, medium dry apple. Very crisp. Color was a deep golden honey, very clear and bubbly. Moderate white head. Decent aroma of hops and a mildly spicy floral yeast, maybe a touch of honey. Begins with a bitter and dry hops flavor, very odd in that it is a good crisp bitter taste, but little flavor, no citrus, slightly floral I guess. That's about it, not much malt to speak of, I guess there is some barley taste on the finish. Light bodied and peppery textured. I really like the crispness of the noble hops, but it just needs some personality.
