12oz bottle poured into St Bernardus chalice.
Best by June 3013
A - Pours a clear orange copper with a creamy eggshell head. Below average head retention.
S - Yeasty, spicy medicinal phenolics, citrus hops, cloves, banana, bubblegum, sweet malt.
T - Spicy yeast, peppery bitterness, bubblegum, pine and herbal hops coat the tongue. Tangy oranges, hints of lemon, earthy wood, the malt has a light candy-like sweetness to it. Finishes herbal and spicy with clove on the aftertaste.
M - Medium body, medium carbonation,
This one doesn’t hold back on the spices. Good Belgian yeast strain provides lots of character. Nice mix of hops as well. A nice addition to the lineup.

Draft. A nice Belgium type IPA. A nice balance of bitterness and yeast. Nice job

Draft, poured a clear amber with off white head. Medium body, strong malts with nice hop kick, more of an east coast IPA. Not a big fan of Belgian style in general but this was pretty good, think the additional hops made it. kidmartinek (5001) - austin, Texas, USA - JUL 12, 2013
Deep reddish amber color with a little white head. Aroma has a lot of woodtones. It tastes like redman snuff from the nineties" in other words, sweet and sticky tobacco. Finish has some wild yeast notes along with the occasional metallic note. ben4321 (6668) - Hoboken, New Jersey, USA - JUL 9, 2013

Sampled at Jungle Jim’s Fairfield. This had a really nice Belgian slant to it. The IPA and hop notes are definitely there but it did not overpower the Belgian yeast and sweeter notes. Tasty. bigbish (715) - California, USA - JUN 14, 2013
This is a nice little IPA. I like the belgian flavors coming through with a nice hops flavor. Good beer. UnDecaf (106) - Mountain View, California, USA - JUN 11, 2013
Pours out a medium amber color with an off-white head. Strong yeasty aroma, but nothing overpowering. Kind of a spicy taste, maybe some hints of caramel. Decent for a Belgian, but not hop-forward at all. thome50 (1295) - Morro Bay via Orange County, California, USA - JUN 10, 2013
Bottle. Best by June 2013 so it must be fresh!! (end sarcasm) Aroma is belgian clove, spices and banana. No real hop presence. Taste is much more belgian than anything else. Banana, clove, slight old hops. Malty to a small degree but overall, more of a belgian pale at this point.
