This isn’t a bad beer, though not my particular cup of tea. Slightly sweet, never cloying, the pumpkin spice certainly shines. If you like fruit beers and the like, this is worthwhile (although Dogfish Head makes a superior version.) anders37 (26625) - Malmö, SWEDEN - DEC 17, 2011
Bottle. Pours a clear amber orange color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity spicy pumpkin and cinnamon aroma. Fruity malty spicy pumpkin flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty spicy pumpkin cinnamon finish. neuromatt (1225) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 13, 2011
On tap at the brewery, served in a tasting glass. Pours clear reddish amber with a tall, dense tan head. The head remains and leaves a moderate amount of fine lace. On the nose, there are notes of pumpkin, nutmeg, allspice, cinnamon and caramel malts. The flavour is moderately sweet, rounded out with pumpkin and delicate spice carried over from the nose. The finish is long, with roasted malts, pumpkin and just a touch of smoke. On the palate, it is medium in body with a smooth, milky texture and soft carbonation. Overall, this is a surprisingly nice pumpkin ale. 2011-11-25 machfive55 (358) - Columbia, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 5, 2011
This is a solid pumpkin beer, there is a mild spice in the aroma, and at first taste there is a very mild spice. As the beer warms the spice becomes more aggressive so that by the end of the beer it is very noticable but not overwhelming. I really liked the subtle progression. hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - DEC 3, 2011
12oz bottle. Poured a deep orange color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of pumpkins, cinnamon and some other spices. Initially got a rotten vegetable smell that went away as it aired out. Tastes of pumpkins and spices.

bottle. Poured clear orangey brown with a beige head. Aroma of allspice. Full, thick mouthfeel, quite smooth. Roasty malt flavour, pumpkin spices like clove, nutmeg, pepper, some banana. Warming finish. DarkSong (379) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - NOV 28, 2011
12 oz bottle. Pours reddish amber with a small light tan head. It has the aroma of caramel, pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon and bread. It has a nice pumpkin flavor and also tastes like nutmeg, cinnamon, caramel, a little bread and has a nice toffee aftertaste. It doesn’t have that pumpkin pie spice taste that a lot of pumpkin beers have, it has more of a pumpkin bread taste. I enjoyed this beer I hope we get to drink it again next fall. sbanach (222) - Alabama, USA - NOV 27, 2011
