I didn’t know buckwheat wasn’t wheat. Oh well. Had a mini Greens tasting. I’d passed for a while cause these are 6.50 for 500 ml of gluten free...weirdness, as it turns out. His "Dubbel" really fell into no style. Looked like a Dubbel but had an odd sweetness above hints of belgian yeast and an even odder sour note that wasn’t enough to be cool - just enough to be off." daknole (11049) - Scottsdale, Arizona, USA - SEP 27, 2013

Bottle. Clear reddish amber pour with a small white head. Big hazelnut aroma. Not overly sweet. Smooth crisp palate. Pretty good. onceblind (9662) - Denver, Colorado, USA - DEC 1, 2013
Clear amberish copper with a thin sticky white head. Nose is full of hazelnut tones and biscuity cocoa-ness. Flavor is rich with hazelnut and light milk chocolate tones. Basically tastes like the beer form of a ferot rochert. Lots of hazelnut, a bit of chocolate, on a medium body. Lovely!
