Golden pour with a weak head. Aroma of honey dough and light fruits. Flavor added cloves and some herbal notes. Body was full for the style but overall a bit too sticky sweet. oldrtybastrd (5228) - Fort Walton Beach, Florida, USA - APR 24, 2016
Pours a golden yellow color. Aromas grass, yeast, a touch f sweetness. Flavor is honey, clover, a touch yeasty. DarkSong (383) - Dacula, Georgia, USA - MAR 16, 2016
It pours a straw yellow with a thick pillowy long lasting white head. It has a earthy and honey aroma. It tastes like flowers, honey, dough and vanilla.I’m enjoying this beer. shrubber85 (11706) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - FEB 6, 2016
Bottle. Honey, earthy malt, and light chamomile aroma. Hazy golden yellow with minimal head. Sweet honey and light malt flavor. Body on the light side. Nothing bad - straight forward without anything that jumps out to me. DavoleBomb (1867) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 10, 2016
Poured into a snifter. I was quite happy to see this. This is a great style if done right, but no one does it let alone right.
4.0 A: Mildly hazed yellow orange color. About one finger of fluffy white head. Retention is decent, not really sure what the style is supposed to do though. Plenty of lacing.
3.25 S: Damn, I don’t think this is going to be what I wish it is. Yes, there’s a good bit of honey, but it isn’t the insanely potent honey that I experienced in some of the best braggots I’ve come across. Somehow the chamomile is even more potent than the honey. Wildflowers and hay earthiness.
3.25 T: Again honey and chamomile lead the flavor. There’s plenty of chamomile, but not enough honey for me. Again, hay and earthiness. Moderately sweet malt base.
3.75 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation with a pleasant spritziness. Super smooth. Good here.
3.5 D: It’s not bad, but it doesn’t hold a candle to the best that I’ve had. Admittedly, the vast majority of the better braggots I’ve had have been homebrew. In any case, I’m glad that breweries are at least trying.

Pours slightly hazed, honey-gold with a small, fast, off-white head.
Slightly smoky honey aroma.
Taste is mild, slightly spicy, honey, light fruit.
Sweet and smooth, but nothing that stands out....OK, but rather uninspired. MrChopin (4305) - Baltimore, Maryland, USA - DEC 28, 2015

hazy gold, thin white cap. Stinky honey, off paper, thin boozy celery/vegetal. Front palate same, watery grain, thin and sticky end, sugary with light cotton candy.
I’m not a fan of this beer. Doesn’t taste good. Boring. Not what I expected. Beerdedone (3480) - Croydon, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 27, 2015
Bottle. Pours a golden color with a small white head. Aroma of honey, floral hops, and grain. Flavor was slightly sweet with pale malts, sweet honey, bread and lemon. nimbleprop (8922) - SouthWest, Washington, Washington DC, USA - NOV 23, 2015
22oz bottle pours a clear gold with a ring of white head. Nose has honey and urinal cake. Flavor is just honey. Nothing else. Woof.
