while i agree it would be a very nice pale, it’s a different style. as an IPA, it’s so so, a little underwhelming. Nice floral, citrusy hoppy notes and flavor, just not quite enough of them."

Clearing amber pour. Floral and caramel in the nose. Medium bodied throughout, not too much hop bite. Nice drinkable easy IPA.

Pours a cloudy gold with lots of effervesence and a large white long lasting head. Nose is hops with a hint of a floral bouquet. Very creamy on the palate, the taste is chock full of hops with a distinct bitter dry flavor. An IPA lovers delight, this beer pairs well with sausage and cheese on crackers.

Tap. Hazy golden yellow with a small, white head. Light aroma of pine, citrus, honey and caramel. Light body with medium carbonation. Hops are present, and well balanced with the malty sweetness. Easy to drink, it’s not great but enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours copper orange color with a slightly off-white head. Nose is is Pine/grass hoppiness and slight malt. Flavor is much the same, some additional citrus comes through with a caramel malty/bitter hop finish that doesn’t linger very long.

I found the in the back of the beer cellar so it has been there a while. The 12-oz bottle poured a clear amber color \with a medium white head that left good lacing . Medium body and smooth mouthfeel. Nose of floral hops. Bitter finish. This sees to have held up OK.

Bottle @ BBF: Clear yellow color, lightly hoppy fresh cascade notes in the nose with a light toasty malt note. The flavor is clean and refreshing, fairly hoppy for SA. Malty finish with a light clean brief tail. Not bad.

Bottle. Pours a slightly muddled copper orange color with an off-white head. Piney hop aroma and flavor with some overtones of maltiness. A decent IPA, although I prefer a much hoppier overall profile.

Me. Nothing amazing. Citrus hops comibine with some caramel malt and lead to the same flavor. Boring. But if this can educate the masses about a hoppier beer then cheers to SA.
