12oz Botle. The pour was a cloudy golden yellow with a large (2-3 finger) white pillowy head that lasted throughout and had excellent sticky lacing.

The aroma was of light bread and straw malts, grassy hops and an earthy yeast with notes of citrus (orange), coriander, rye and mild spiciness and a hint of a cardboard odor.
The taste was lightly acidic with a decent citrus presence and a touch rye in the beginning, becoming a tad yeasty with a substantial spicy ending. The flavor lasted a good long while proceeding the swallow, with a spicy citrus taste lingering on for a bit longer.
Mouthfeel was light in body with a watery, yet slightly dry texture and an almost lively carbonation.
Overall I found this brew to border on somewhat tasty and OK. It did posses a nice bold spiciness, but was lacking a decent wheat presence for a truly good Witbier... www.facebook.com/KAJIIsBeerReviews
Tap. Pours a clear gold body with a small wispy white head that left a bit of lacing. The nose is loaded with rye and coriander and bright wheat. The flavor is a bit of an overload on the coriander and pretty well hides the rye for the most part. Light bodied and super fizzy with some lingering spice. Not the best, too heavy on the spicing. Not a huge fan of Sam Adams or spiced beers so I wasn’t planning on enjoying this brew. I was wrong. Pours a hazy pale straw with a quickly fizzling head. Not a good start. Aroma is where it turns around, citrus (orange) and spice (coriander) jump right out. Malt is difficult to find but citrus and herbal hops are prevalent. Earthy yeast. Some alcohol, clove, cooked vegetables, leaves, super complex. I believe this is my highest rated aroma. Taste is very balanced. Nods a little towards sweet/sour at first but then balances right back with salt/bitter. Palate is fairly clean, slight oiliness is a distraction. Overall a very pleasant surprise. Will drink again. Strong aroma has a powerful coriander overtone, with a firm wheaty and yeasty core to support it. Comes out of the bottle a clear golden with a fluffy, though not too persistent, white head. Flavor is surprisingly complex, with wheaty, coriander, floral, citrus and yeasty notes each taking their turns in saying hello to one’s palate. Smooth texture is quite firm and viscous, if not overly fizzy. It’s no lie - this is a good rye. Inbreak (6318) - Loddefjord, NORWAY - SEP 11, 2013

Small shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly fruity and spiced, light malts, citrus, camomile, hay, yeast, heather. Taste is slightly dry spiced, light malts, hay, yeast, camomile, grass, citrus peel, herbs, cereal, caramel. Medium bitterness, slightly dry mouthfeel. This was a strange one.
Better than I thought it might be. Close enough in the witbier tradition to gain legitimacy. Spice and prevalent yeast. Short palate. TheBeerCollector (633) - Woodstock, Georgia, USA - SEP 7, 2013
Pours a sparkling light gold with a lasting head. Aroma is herbal with a hint of spice. Flavor is sweet up front and balanced in the finish. A little too sweet for my taste. Becomes somewhat cloying after a few sips. Malaclemys (464) - Birmingham, Alabama, USA - AUG 30, 2013
Bottle. Pours very light straw with fizzy white head that disappears quickly. Nose of malt, spice, heavy sage, medicinal almost. Taste is a little heavy on the sage for me, cough syrup, a little spice of rye. light body Boutip (6432) - Gatineau, Quebec, CANADA - AUG 27, 2013
Bottle: Poured a light golden color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of coriander and sage is quite dominant with light sweet wheat malt notes also noticeable. Taste is also dominated by sage with quite a bit of coriander, light orange peel and light wheat malt with some light residual sugar notes. Body is light with good carbonation. Quite enjoyed the spice mix but a fuller malt profile would have also been beneficial. jcos (1851) - Maryland, USA - AUG 25, 2013

Appearance: Pours a clear gold.
Aroma: Aroma of lots of sage, faint coriander.
Taste: Wheat, orange, lots of sage, faint rye.
Palate:Medium light body, really smooth.
Summary: The sage in this beer is a bit overpowering. The mouth feel is nice, and I get the intent to be different.
