Aroma of lighter malt with noticeable hop. Brassy color with a decent white head that even attempts to lace. Medium bodied, starts a bit sweet from the malt, there is a hop bite that pleasantly offsets the malt, and the finish has enough bitter to satisfy. There are some delicate fruit notes along the way. (Bottle) Pours a clear copper body with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, grass, dirty gym socks, light skunk, and nuts. Flavor of caramel malt, mild hops, and nuts. Dogbrick (13010) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - MAY 21, 2007
Pours a clear golden color with a medium and foamy white head that lasts awhile. Minimal lacing on the glass. The aroma is mildly hoppy with touches of yeast and grass. Light, dry body with a clean malt and hops flavor, as well as a bit of spice. The finish is earthy malt with a light spice aftertaste. Above average for the style but I was hoping for a little more out of a homebrewer who made the big time. hopdog (12510) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 2, 2007
