Pours clear yellow with sediment resting within. Smells like sliced strawberries. Taste is a mixture of sweet and sour, and finishes with the strawberry flavor coming out, unfortunately it really seems to dry my mouth out after each sip. Not something I could drink a whole lot of, it’s too much like a wine cooler! Finhead (1783) - OFallon, Illinois, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Hazy, pale yellow pour with a white head. The aroma is dominated by strawberry, but there is some light wheat to be found as well. It has a light body with a slightly thin body and average carbonation. The taste is sweet and fruity with a dry finish. This is a pretty decent warm weather brew. Clear almost bright golden yellow with ring of near white head. Nose has the fake candy strawberry (the ones in the strawberry wrapper) notes, but it doesn’t come off as too fake. The flavor is more refined on the strawberry and more like a corn/wheat mix and a little perfumy. This is one of the few strawberry beers that I’ve actually been able to tolerate. But it’s still not something I’d look to have again. Better than the hardywood strawberry, that’s for sure. odinstyr (817) - Hamilton, New Jersey, USA - MAY 1, 2013
Pours a clear gold with a small white head. Smells of strawberry!, lemon, malty bread. Taste is sweet, mildly bitter - candy strawberries, malty sweetness - like fruit Whoppers - almost like a bad kids cereal. Elwood (3336) - Leesburg, Virginia, USA - APR 29, 2013
Serving: 12 oz. bottle from State Line Liquors. It pours a hazy deep gold.with a small white head. The nose smells like strawberry candy with slight floral notes. There is a mix of pleasant graininess and strawberry candy. A bit fruity for my taste, but well made. Nice crisp finish. Unfortunately the strawberry and the beer seem to be clashing instead of working together. A touch artificial perhaps.

12oz bottle. Slightly hazy orange-tan, lots of what I would assume to be strawberry floaties. Big sweet candy strawberry flavor. A pretty tasty beverage, but leans into the almost artificial strawberry tones instead of going for a sublime, malty, balanced offering. Probably pretty tasty in it’s original form. OK. dwyerpg (6290) - Las Vegas, Nevada, USA - APR 28, 2013
Smells like strawberry shortcake and syrup. I really didn’t enjoy this. Tons of strawberry that almost gives it a Jolly Rancher character, which is strange given it’s all fresh strawberries. Just couldn’t stand it though. SSSteve (4006) - - APR 28, 2013
bottle. gold with some floating particles under a white, fluffy, head. straw and strawberry aroma. light, refreshing, real strawberry flavors up front and finishes with a clean grainy flavor. light body. Silphium (3199) - Traverse City, Michigan, USA - APR 27, 2013
Bottle. Straw body with sediment, thin tight off-white head. Nose of strawberry purée and biscuit. The effect of the strawberry is a bit different in the body, where it adds a tannic, tart element to the otherwise light biscuity, grassy body. Not very sweet. Bland and a bit off-putting. thegreenrooster (4490) - St.louis, Missouri, USA - APR 27, 2013
Pour is a clear yellow with an average whtie head. Aroma is of nice fresh strawberries. So much so it makes me think there is someting artificial about it. Flavor is strawberry and some sweetness that brings things down a bit. Finish leaves a strawberry sweetness on the tounge. It’s ok if you like strawberries. There are tons of things floating in this. This would be a beer my mom would like.
