Draught at Bishop’a Arms SoFo, Stockholm. Clear straw colour, fairly rich head. Aroma of sweaty hay and citrus. Mid-dry with deep, chewy maltLovely foral, swety hay-like hops cover a solid but slim body of quality malt. Surprisingly good - this is really quenching and tasty. Better than most American examples of the style and hoppier than most Czech. madmitch76 (25321) - , Essex, ENGLAND - FEB 23, 2013
