Best by 05.2016. Drank from the bottle today. It has caramel, chocolate, slight cookie, and very slight orange aroma and flavor. Everything is muted. It’s a good grocery store beer, but nothing special. Foxbush (2028) - Richmond, Virginia, USA - DEC 14, 2015
12 oz bottle from Food Lion, Short Pump, VA The ale poured a clear brown-amber color with a small head that dissipated quickly. The ale’s aroma has light spices and caramel malt sweetness. The taste has more sweetness with some soft carbonation, ginger and tropical fruit. The ale has a light body. The ale finishes with some lingering spicy sweetness. jcnielsen (3412) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - DEC 14, 2015
Bottle. Pours a deep brown color with off white head. Spiced, malty, slight toffee aromas. Spice, malty, ginger flavors. thepatrickman (1347) - Jevington, East Sussex, ENGLAND - DEC 14, 2015
From notes, 12/4/15. First impression was that this was a malt bomb with a curious bit of spice at the back. My second impression was that this was a big muddled pudding of spices and malt. Not overly bad, but it doesn’t stand out in the holiday crowd. brian60625 (746) - Illinois, USA - DEC 9, 2015
Bottled sometime in the last month or so. It has a dessert spice flavor, but it's tough to pin down any of the specific flavors they highlight in the deScription. Maybe nutmeg wins out as the primary flavor. Very drinkable and smooth. Nice dark brown appearance. No obvious aroma. A little forgettable. It's not bad as a part of a discount priced brewery-assembled mix twelver.

Bottle shared by commonshawn. A copper color with a quarter finger head. Aroma has some decent spice and caramel characteristics. Taste doesn’t live up to the expectations brought about by the nose. Slight metallic quality. Muted flavor leaning on bready, malty notes. Kind of reminiscent of a soggy old biscuit. Not an enjoyable effort. commonshawn (1259) - Minnesota, USA - DEC 4, 2015
12oz bottle with commonmac. Dark copper with off white head. Strong Christmas spice nose. Taste is worse than smell. Almost tastes off, some bitterness. Weird malt flavor. Not great. tfontana (974) - Fremont, New Hampshire, USA - NOV 23, 2015
UPDATED: JAN 11, 2016 Bottle pour into pint glass. Aroma is mild caramel and bread with seasonal spice. Appearance is clear ruby red with nice sparkle, finger-width foamy off white head with fair persistence and trace lacing. Taste is moderately sweet with cinnamon and light orange. Palate is medium bodied with average texture and carbonation. Finish is light sweetness and seasonal spices. Overall, another fairly bland offering. Not bad but not much there there. akoeninger (755) - Wisconsin, USA - NOV 23, 2015
Very good rich brown ale with a bit of spice. Roasty and malty with cinnamon and ginger spice in aroma and taste. Not overly spiced but quite enjoyable. Fully body. A really solid festive ale for the season. Aggiebob (1127) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - NOV 22, 2015
Bottle. Mahogany in color with a quickly dissipating off-white head. It has some lacing. Aroma of caramel malt and spices. The flavor is malts - chocolate and caramel along with cinnamon and other christmas spices. I look forward to this one each year.
