COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

Light haze on this gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is slightly soft and has modest fine carbonation. Soft malts, light malt cream sweetness. Semi sweet floral mid. Mild citrus develops, the floral vibe turns mildly bitter. Touch of orange. Light bitter linger. More that the sum of it’s parts this IPA. Hangs together very well, smooth and quaffable.

Draught at Old Chicago Plaza 205, Portland
Hazy golden color with generous head. Very nice aroma, plenty of hop resins and citrus fruits. Soft mouthfeel, with a good body strength; the malt base is easy, the hopping is more expressive, with resins and a lot of citrus fruits, and light peach.
Very good.
