Rebel IPA is brewed with 5 varieties of West coast hops: cascade, simcoe, centennial, chinook, & amarillo. It’s everything we love about West coast style IPA’s. Big citrus & grapefruit flavors with subtle pine notes for a flavorful refreshing brew.

pours a golden orange - very transparent in the glass. thin, but frothy head. strong aromas of grapefruit, grass and trees. light-medium mouthfeel; taste is strong citrus with hints of hay and spruce. finish is heavy grapefruit. VERY smooth for such a flavorful beer. Another excellent offering from Mr. Adams.

It’s a great brew! Date is notched on the label, so I know it is fresh. It is grapefruit and citrus on the smell, taste follows. Not a full body like many west coasts, but it is an excellent IPA. It is fully sessionable, and halfway through a session the lacing forms, and the simplicity of the brew comes through. Simple malt bill with a full hop bill. This is a really nice, mellow IPA. More like an American pale ale, in fact reminds me some of Dale’s pale ale.

Barwa: ciemno złota, lekko opalizująca.
Piana: dość obfita, kremowa, zwarta, drobnopęcherzykowa, oblepia szkło.
Zapach: dość intensywny chmielowy, głównie owoce tropikalne i żywica.
Smak: spora pełnia słodowa skontrowana wyraźną goryczką o cytrusowym charakterze. Piwo sprawia wrażenie lekko gęstego, aksamitnego.
Wysycenie: średnie, bardzo przyjemne.

On tap at Chevys, Lake Buena Vista. Lovely clear amber colour, with a fine foamy white head. Fantastic peach and melon aroma, soft creamy palate, some hop oil, with light pine. Really loved this and in a tourist trap Mexican restaurant too!

AROMA: Super fruity, pine, citrus, grapefruit, pith APPEARANCE: light gold, clear, small bubbles, small white head TASTE: hops, crackling bitter, grapefruit is subdued on tongue, soapy/citrus PALATE: good sharp attack, not every bouncy or fizzy, but alive, dry mouthfeel

One of my favorites as a beginner IPA drinker-45 IBU perfect! The citrus/pine combo is great for this Pacific NW fan.

Draft: Strong rosehip and grass nose, orange peel also present. Crystal clear amber, thin head. Full body, immensely floral. Potpouuri, rosehips. Marigold and lilly finish. Traces of melon also present. I love the hop selection in this and skullfully crafted.

Copper in color, good carbonation. Grapefruit and Citrus are the strong flavors, not a very big hop bite.
