Sweet flavor, not very complex. It was ok but not something i would buy, as sam adams ha=s better beers for the price.

A simple but tasty beer. Light flavor but hits the spot in the right circumstances, which is to start the day.

"a bit lighter than what i usually go for, even in spring or summer, and i prefer Sam Adams Summer Ale to this one. Not bad, but pretty one dimensional light toasted malt, a hint of citrus hops."

Tap. Hazy yellow orange pour with a finger of head. Fruits and caramel. Not a lot more. Not interesting but not bad

Not my favorite beer from the brewery but a solid offering. There is something subtle in the nose that’s a little different but really brings out the flavor.

Hazy gold beer, good ivory coloured head. Softish palate. Semi dry malt, quite strong. Only a trace amount of hops here and a tiny dash of bubblegum ester. Okay but a bit wishy washy.

swiseman (502) - Fredericton, New Brunswick, CANADA - MAY 26, 2013
scent of fermented leaves and mildew. taste is typical light ale with some aged hops. finishes quite clean. fairly boring beer

Christpuncher (3135) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - MAR 29, 2013
A very average beer with little flavor. Has a dirty sick flavor for lack of better words. Has a nice head in it and put dark yellow ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

3.6
Powertrip (1000) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 8, 2012
Single bottle purchased from Zyn Liqour in Calgary, AB on 06/09/2012. Colour: Mustard yellow and slightly cloudy with healthy sized creamy white head. Nose: Mixed bag of light grains and some dried fruit....like plums. Flutter of wet soil. Taste: Medium-light sweet, medium-light bitter, medium sour. Raw barley, very light citrus fruit, distant vanilla cream. Very drinkable and good presence of natural grain.
