Appearance was hazy yellowish gold with creamy whitish diminishing 1 finger head, no lacing. Aromas are wheat, spices, citrus fruits and sourdough bread. Taste are tart orangish wheat with hints of spicey ginger and cinnamon. Palate is soft light CO2 with light body, tart bready average length finish. An easy refreshing Wit, strange marriage of spices and tartiness. johnnnniee (4457) - Bedford, New Hampshire, USA - JAN 1, 2014
From the Holiday 12 pack
Pours a hazy medium golden color with a smallish white head that dissipates quickly. Aromas of pepper, anise, nutmeg and cinnamon overpower the nose of this one. Light sweet maltiness and a hint of wheat grain round out the aroma. The flavor is over spiced gingerbread cookies. There’s a hint of beer in here, but the spicing makes it hard for me to find. Medium body with a moderate level of carbonation and a slick spicy mouthfeel. Not the beer for me. trapped (3801) - New York, TURKEY - JAN 1, 2014
Bottle. Slightly hazy dark yellow with yellowish foamy large head, citrus aroma, fizzy with spicy orange peel taste, slightly bitter finish. Not bad but nor spectacular either. jsquire (4677) - St. Marys, Ohio, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Golden beer with a short lived foamy white head. Light cinnamon spice nose with some orange notes. Light bready beer with some dry cinnamon and a bit of sour orange. Okay seasonal. hman43 (1898) - Pinehurst, North Carolina, USA - DEC 31, 2013
This brew has the definite aroma of nutmeg, orange peel, wheat, and citrus. It is cloudy, golden in color with a thick, white head. It has a pleasant taste of orange mixed with the wheat flavoring with a burst of spices.

From a bottle. Pours hazy amber with a thick, creamy head that dissipates to a thin lacing. Aromas of malt and cinnamon with muted clove, banana and citrus. Flavors are orange, dried fruit and a whisper of cinnamon with a bready citrus finish. It’s light and slightly peppery on the palate. Very smooth and citrusy. Not enormously memorable, but not a bad ale. Ron (4266) - Rochester, New York, USA - DEC 31, 2013
Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with minimal head. Some orange citrus aroma with holiday spice notes as well ( cinnamon and nutmeg). A sweet wheat beer that goes down easy and the spices actually blend well with the citrus flavor. A good light seasonal. stevoj (5881) - Boise, Idaho, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Seems like a decent witbier, although a bit darker than most and more head than most. Winter spices are present, although I’m trying to decide if they add or detract from the style. It seems like it would be a decent enough witbier on it’s own merits, so it’s best to decide if you like the American winter spices or not. Frahmo (320) - Idaho, USA - DEC 29, 2013
12 oz bottle. Cloudy golden pour with little head. Small amount of spices behind a weak wheat flavor. Pretty bland with a high carbonation. Not great. nittanyjim (119) - - DEC 29, 2013
Cloudy pale gold. Mild clean Apple noise. Thin white head. Sweet, ginger and apple. High carbonation. Resembles a weak cider. Close to being solid, but doesn’t make it.
