COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As crisp as the first snowfall of the year, this unfiltered white ale is blended with holiday spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, & orange peel. The familiar citrus and wheat characters of the ale are complimented by the warmth of the spices for a festive brew thats perfect for the season.

Pours a cloudy gold with a two finger head that fades quickly. Aromas of spice and orange are very faint. Taste has small hints of cinnamon and citrus. Palate is weak. Watery. Overall this is not a must try. I swear these brewers make these beers as filler for their variety packs. Taste almost like a watered down pumpkin beer. Blah.

Bottle poured into my Weihenstephan glass. Orange gold color and a foamy white head. Aroma is cloves, coriander, wheat, lemon. Initial taste is wheat, pepper, spices, coriander. Aftertaste is dry with mostly wheat sticking around. Lively carbonation and a thick but smooth mouthfeel. This is a solid wit! Its not revolutionary but it is better than a lot of their other attempts at the style.

Poured into a perfect pint. 3.0 A: Lightly hazed yellow orange color. Two fingers of frothy white head. Retention is a touch below average and just a wisp or two of lacing is left. 3.5 S: Quite a pleasant aroma. Big coriander with peppery and slightly bready yeast. Just enough sweetness from a neutral maltiness. Simple, but nice. 3.75 T: It tastes even better than it smells. Coriander and peppery spiciness. Sweet neutral malts. Hints of cinnamon and wintry spices. 4.0 M: Medium body. Pleasantly creamy with good moderate carbonation. Supremely smooth. 5.0 D: Supremely drinkable. I could put this down all night. ★ 638 characters DavoleBomb, Nov 11, 2014
