COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
As crisp as the first snowfall of the year, this unfiltered white ale is blended with holiday spices including cinnamon, nutmeg, & orange peel. The familiar citrus and wheat characters of the ale are complimented by the warmth of the spices for a festive brew that’s perfect for the season.

Bottled. An unclear yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of spices, malt, and cinnamon. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, cinnamon, caramel, and wheat, leading to a dry finish. Thanks pinball for sharing.

A hazy orange color with a tall white head. Nose has a strong spice aroma of cinnamon and nutmeg. A bit of wheat and sweet bread, some yeast, and mild citrus peel. Tastes strongly of cinnamon and nutmeg. The spices really dominate. A bit of yeast, wheat, and bread sweetness. Fairly light citrus flavors in the background and on the finish.

Bottle from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours hazy gold with a slight white head. Aroma of cinnamon, nutmeg and a little orange zest. Med body. Thanks to the spice it reminds of a "pumpkin" ale. But the cinnamon fits for winter too. So much spice my mouth tingles a bit.

Bottle. Poured cloudy amber color with a large frothy white head that lasted with good lacing. Moderate yeast, spice and citrus aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Medium spice citrus sweet flavor with a medium spice sweet finish of moderate duration. I would recommend this to a freind.

Yay, first rating! 12 ounce bottle from a Kroger. Winter sampler. Pours a lightly hazy orange color with a thin tan head that quickly fades. Aroma of pale wheat, huge nutmeg notes with some cinnamon and citrus. The taste is wheat, citrus, nutmeg, faint hops. Medium bodied. Maybe a tad bit overspiced, but a solid beer. Eggnoggy almost.
