Bottle from Capone’s. Pours turbid straw colored toward orange with 1-finger frothy white head. Nose is spicy orange zest, coriander, hopcitrus, Tastes semi-sweet, with upfront notes of orange zest, malt, and then a spice medley kicks in, with the coriander and x-mas spices hitting the tongue. This one is unique, although not terribly complex. cubs (10640) - Fort Collins, Colorado, USA - NOV 8, 2012
Bottle @ home, picked up at Supermarket in Fort Collins. Pours a cloudy golden orange appearance with a white head. Very spicy, nutmeg, huge orange peel, a bit yeasty, a bit herbal aroma. Chewy, big orange peel, zesty cinnamon, nutmeg bready, citrusy flavor. A lot seems to be overdone in this beer but overall, it’s not that hard to drink. UPDATED: DEC 29, 2013 Bottle. Murky light orange pour with a smaller white head. Christmas spices on top of a wheat beer - this is strange stuff. Not unpleasant, but not great either. alexsdad06 (10471) - West Chester, Ohio, USA - DEC 24, 2013
12 oz bottle from my mother in law. Pours a clear golden color with a small off white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted malts, mild Christmas spice, caramel, wheat, very mild fruit character. The nose has a metallic note that is distracting. arminjewell (9688) - East Lansing, Michigan, USA - DEC 26, 2012
Pour out of 12 oz bottle, slightly hazy orange with white head, aroma is odd but like the description, some notes of wheat with lemon, orange, slight biscuit notes but right away goes into ginger and cinnamon, some clove as well. Taste is just as odd, with some slight clove, ginger, and cinnamon, mixing into sweet fruits with some white grape, slight peach, lemon, and orange, finishing fairly sweet, drying out a touch from the spices. Interesting.

Bottle. Pours golden orange with a white head. Fragrant holiday spices, on a wheaty base. Cinnamon and orange peel dominate. Good stuff if you’re in the mood. b3shine (8927) - Indiana, USA - DEC 16, 2012
Bottle to pint. Looks solid; a cloudy orange with off-white head that steadily dissipates into lacing. Smells doughy and spicy with citrus notes. Tastes Like it smells with an average mouthfeel. A decent witbier. drowland (8827) - Georgia, USA - FEB 12, 2013
2/13/13. 12oz bottle from... somewhere... I’m thinking Warehouse in Albany. Lonely tick lingering in my fridge. Lightly hazed orange pour with a thick, tight off-white head that cuts in half but seems to stick and laces okay. Dammit, I didn’t know what this was until I took a sniff and then looked at the commercial description... holiday spices... ugh. Big whiff of nutmeg et. al in the aroma... reminds of pumpkin beers. I hate spiced pumpkin beers. There’s also a touch of sweet orange and some wheat character. Spiced flavor as well, again nutmeg et. al, with a bit of pale malts, wheat, a citrus tang, and some orange sweetness. Ehhhhh. bytemesis (8540) - Sunnyvale, California, USA - DEC 8, 2012
Bottle. Hazy orange yellow, medium white head, nice lacing. Aroma is wheat, coriander. Flavor is about the same, plus other spices. Nutmeg? Medium sweet with a bit of lemon zest bitterness. Medium body. Not bad. Not sure why it its getting so hammered here. SudsMcDuff (8438) - .....Manchester United.........., Texas, USA - DEC 5, 2012
