New seasonal offering from Sam in the winter variety pack. Nice light tasting belgian, definite notes of cinnamon and orange peel. good for a not-so-heavy holiday beer. punkeedo (498) - Covington, Louisiana, USA - DEC 12, 2013
Unlike most holiday brews, this is a light, refreshing witbier that really clears the palate after all the porters, stouts, and what-not! This beer smells like Christmas with a one-two-three punch of cinnamon, clove, and coriander. Tastes like Christmas at first sip, but goes down a delicious witbier. Very sweet, but not icky. Really nice and refreshing. rjplumer (1075) - Foxboro, Massachusetts, USA - NOV 22, 2014

Pours cloudy gold with a light head, its Aromas are dominated by citrus and cinnamon. Taste is tangerines or candied orange with hints of nutmeg and cinnamon at the end. It was very smooth with good carbonation and went well with spicey tacos.

Bottle. Pours a hazy, full-bodied, light-colored golden-orange, the head substantial and pock-marked. The initial whiff is of an herb garden. This drinks with quite the complement of herbal character, yet is still light and easy to drink. Nice option for the holidays.
