Bottle. Cloudy yellow with a tall foamy head. Light wheat aroma with sweetness and a little spice. Full body but a little syrupy. Overall pretty good.

This is simply Sam Adams White Ale repackaged and sold as a different beer. I really enjoyed White Ale and when they replaced it with Noble Pils I was devastated. Glad they brought it back but, 1. It is only available in the Holiday Sampler pack and 2. Noble pils isn’t that great and by far a sub par replacement for White Ale. DrinkEmUpJones (1069) - Georgia, USA - DEC 30, 2012
Cloudy yellow with white lacing. Musky aroma. Creamy palate with flavours of orange zest and nutmeg. Nice. baraciisch (3363) - California, USA - JAN 13, 2013

Poured an orange hazy color with 2-to-3 fingers of off-white head. Sporadic spots of lacing along the sides of the glass. Average retention on the top.
Smelled a lot of different notes combined into one. Got orange peel, cinnamon, nutmeg, gingerbread, molasses and even a bit of pumpkin. Some other wintry spices in there as well.
Tasted a lot like the smell, but a little lighter. Got orange peel, nutmeg, cinnamon, molasses, gingerbread, cinnamon sticks and honey wheat .
Light-to-medium body. Oily-to-creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long finish.
I really enjoyed this one. I’d definitely have it again. Just a lighter winter beer.

Wow the smell of spice galore! The taste is of multiple spice to cinnamon is the most notable to me.

Copper color with a foamy white head. Smells of spices, mainly nutmeg, and has a similar taste. Doesn’t overdo it on the spices. I was pleasantly surprised with this one. williamherbert (1544) - Syracuse, New York, USA - JAN 9, 2014
Hazy golden yellow in color, not a ton of head, but looks rather appealing nonetheless. If you slowly pour it out in spurts, the head is nice.
Aroma of allspice and/or grains of paradise. Kinda like a spicy candle with hops. Distinct nutmeg (after I read the label). It’s a little un-beer like but pretty okay. Also orange peel after it warms up after a few minutes. This might be a nice crossover for someone who doesn’t love beer but loves candles.
The flavor is very sweet in the malt area, before all dem spices come a creepin’ up. The orange peel is crucial here, as it ties together the malts and the other spices.
The feel is about average, with a touch of tingly spice. It’s a nice wintry mix. Spicy and purdy good. ShawnC (76) - - OCT 25, 2012
Pours a dark golden pale with a very fine lace. Nose is eggy and banana like with a touch of nutmeg clovy spice. Nails the carbonation. Adds a creamy element. Flavor is quite complex. Bread and ginger with a subtle hint of cinnamon spice. Hops are just barely finishing out. Not bad at all.
