Presentation: It was poured from a brown 12 ounce bottle into a pint glass. The label lists the abv at 5% and there is a short description of the beer.
Appearance : It has a hazy old golden color with a tall white head. The head has good retention and lacing is ok.
Smell: The nose has some mild spice and lemony citrus notes.
Taste / Palate: Sams White Lantern has a smooth light palate with a light malt base, a hint a spice and a touch of citrusy bitterness. beerbaaron (1997) - Arizona, USA - JUN 1, 2014

5/28/14. One of a variety of SA beers given to me by someone at work. Was a nice light crisp beer. Nothing spectacular but not bad. Light enough that I feel I Could drink it all day and not get drunk

Bottle. Hazy yellow, lasting head. Aroma was less pungent than most Witbiers I’ve had. Cereal grains, grassy hops, and spices dominate the aroma. Taste was a very nice combination of tangy citrus and lightly toasted wheat. Perfectly carbonated on the palate with a very smooth drinkability. This is the first Witbier I’ve ever truly enjoyed. lukedarock (246) - Howell, Michigan, USA - MAY 30, 2014

It pours a cloudy straw yellow with a large white head. It has a bread like aroma from the wheat and also smells of spices and citrus. The addition of tangerine peal is very nice. This is a nice refreshing beer. bubblehouse (1624) - louisville, Kentucky, USA - MAY 25, 2014
Just another average beer. Drinkable in dire situations but forgettable in most instantaces. sinfull (1847) - Brooklyn, New York, USA - MAY 23, 2014

Office Party: Pours light orange, slightly hazy, with a white head. Aroma is spice, lemon, and a bit of orange. Taste is sweet and very lemony. Tastes almost like a radler. Soda-like. Yes, I am sure that I didn’t take a porchrocker. TXBadger (2811) - Dallas, Texas, USA - MAY 19, 2014
Pours a hazy pale golden rod with white head. Spice, coriander, clove, and light citrus on the nose with some raw wheat; follows onto the palate. Finishes with a little sweetness.
