COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Belgian style white ales have a long history of unique ingredients, as brewers experimented with spices discovered during the spice trade. For our hazy brew we found a refreshing combination of crisp wheat, the tangy sweetness of tangerine & orange peel, and the subtle spiciness of coriander & grains of paradise. Cheers!

From a bottle smells a little soapy. Taste is spiced white beer, but not over the top. Not bad I guess. Yes, a little more spicey than yer typical white beer. Finish has a tad of that mild ale bitteness on the back of the throat.

12 ounce bottle poured a golden color with aromas of light orange, orange peel, corriander and a touch if banana. Flavirs follow suit with a touch if spice thrown in. A nice witbeer overall, would easily drink again and again.

Sampled on 4/20/13. This Belgian Witbier pours a somewhat cloudy medium orange color from a 12oz bottle. Medium sized white foamy head with good retention and nice lacing. The aroma is fruity, wheaty and sweet, with tangerine, orange and coriander. A medium bodied Witbier. The malts are wheaty, fruity and sweet. The hops are earthy and spicy. Fairly lively carbonation. Nice balance of flavors, spicy, fruity and sweet. Its a little sweet overall, but the spices somewhat counter act the sweetness, especially the pepper at the finish. It would make a nice summer session ale on a hot summer afternoon. Mouthfeel is full and round. Finish is clean and smooth. Aftertaste is slightly sweet.

Strong, malty aroma has a robust fruity overtone, mainly banana with some apple and pear, and yeasty and hoppy underpinnings. Pours a bright, slightly hazy solar yellow with a nice fluffy white head. Flavor does not quite live up to the aroma, but is still acceptable - fruity, malty, a little hoppy, hints of citrus and coriander. Mouthfeel is average in the body and fizz department. If not outstanding, still a decent and enjoyable brew.

From the Spring 2013 sampler pack. The body is a hazy deep amber orange with a bright white head. The nose has some nice bright oranges. There is is also a hint of clove and raw dough. The body is highly carbonated with a chewy feeling. This tastes like raw dough with an orange hint at the finish. There is also a hint of clove spice and tobacco in the finish. The aftertaste is just orange peel and gross abc gum.

12oz bottle from spring mix pack. Pours a hazy yellow with a white head. Nose is candied lemon, sweet citrus, coriander, and mild spice. Flavor follows nicely with big a big sweet lemon in the finish. Medium in body and lingering sweet citrus in the finish. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

bottle. Golden with small head. Spicy wit. Quite a bit of coriander. Decent, but average.

Bad label, foggy pear gold brew, thin bubbly head. Danish pastry aroma, yeasty, orange, lightly sweet; has a doggy tone at times. Wow, I really like this. Theres a definite black pepper tone to the beer, and it leans towards being savory. Like pepper on a jammy biscuit; tangy, lightly sweet, honey tones. Biscuity on the lips. Lightish body, crisp. Publix, I-10.

12 oz. Hazy topaz with a large head that settles to a lasting disc. Aroma is citric acid, coriander, yeasty bread dough and crackers. Taste is way too much citrus peel for me, with some faint spicy bread showing in the aftertaste. It seems to be the tangerine peel thats over the top. Near-medium body is balanced, with medium carbonation and finishes acidic-dry.

Shared with Strykzone via Facebook Chat. Poured cloudy gold. Whitehead. Light lacing. Hose of coriander. Some citrus in the aroma as well. Medium body and rich mouthfeel. The grains of paradise in the flavor are an unusual taste. Very interesting and quite drinkable
