2.9 AROMA 6/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 5/10 PALATE 3/5 OVERALL 12/20
Hazy gold pour with a thin, bright white head. Aroma of citrus peels coriander, and doughy, fruity yeast. Some earthy sweet bread spices and odd mollusk salinity sneak in there as well. Flavor of dried citrus and floral potpouri, coriander, dishwater, more mollusk-like salinity, doughey yeast and toast. Light and fairly dry palate with a light, but sharp carbonation and only slight (very slight for a Wit, but this does appear to be more filtered than most) chalkiness to the finish. Pretty average Wit, with what seems to be a pinch of salt and a little extra zing to the citrus component, for the margarita crowd, or something.
Bottled. A hazy golden coloured beer with a white head. Aroma and flavour of wheat, yeast, citrus, fruit, grass, spice and with a herbal finish. Pinball (12414) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 28, 2017

Hazed golden liquid. Modest off-white head. Big citric scents. Some orange blossom honey, spice and pale malt scents in the background. Some sweet resin, wheat, malt and spice mix in the flavors. Thicker, nearly chewy feel. Finish has some light spice and bready flavors. 2/13 hopdog (13102) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - MAR 11, 2016

12 oz bottle served in a Porter Bar goblet at about 45F. corby112 (2813) - philadelphia, Pennsylvania, USA - NOV 12, 2015
Hazy golden-amber body with a rather weak head; streaks of lacing.
Aroma: soft ripe fruit including pears and apricots; yeast and baked bread.
Flavor: slightly sweet up front with some light bitterness appearing in the aftertaste and a bit of tartness mid-taste onwards. Fruity, including citrus, apricot and apple notes.
Feel: smooth, medium body with medium-light carbonation.
Pours a slightly hazy, pale golden orange color with tangerine edges and a one finger off-white head that immediately settles into a thin ring. Spotty lacing left behind. mstrcrwly (1000) - New York, USA - APR 17, 2015
Sweet, slightly spicy aroma with a balance of zesty, peppery coriander, citrus fruit, banana and bready yeast. The yeast and banana notes stand out but are complimented by the grains and citrus. After it warms, hints of clementine, tangerine and grapefruit come to the forefront.
Medium bodied but fuller than expected with a prominent wheat/bready yeast flavor that overpowers the peppery spice and citrus sweetness. Slightly zesty with coriander, ginger and white pepper notes followed by hints of blood orange, tangerine and grapefruit but the bread and banana flavors are too strong for my liking, making it a bit one dimensional. Very easy to drink but could use more spice and citrus flavor.
Very similar to their Cold Snap..only with added citrus..just ok..nothing special. hfmejias (1297) - Marshall, Minnesota, USA - FEB 7, 2015
12 Fl. Oz. Bottle. Poured hazy golden with a small white head that didn’t stay long. Aroma of spices, citrus fruit combined with grain. Taste of citrus fruit, grain, some banana notes and some spices. Easy to drink, not bad. DavoleBomb (1867) - Pennsylvania, USA - JAN 17, 2015
Poured into a perfect pint.
3.75 A: Moderately hazed dark yellow color. Two fingers of pillowy white head. Retention is good and a moderate amount of lacing is left.
3.75 S: Mountain stream freshness is the first thing that comes to mind. Next comes coriander and possibly some orange peel. Neutral wheatiness with light pepper from the yeast. Overall quite pleasant.
3.75 T: The taste takes the nose and adds a powerful citrus component. Orange, lemon, and even some mango and pineapple enter the fray. Again a neutral wheat, coriander, orange peel, and pepper.
4.0 M: Medium body. Good moderate carbonation. Moderate creaminess that goes down quite well.
4.0 D: Pretty good beer with no real faults.
