Very nice. Musty, tangy, much more lively than most ciders I've had.......

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2006 This one is great, is the first I have tried in Europe that I like. It has a strong but a sweet flavor at the time.

Draught at Princess Louise, Holbrook, London dec 2012. Bubbly. clear golden/yellow cider with a small offwhite head. Sourish apple aroma. Sweet and sourish apple flavour. Refreshing.

Pours a glowing pilsner golden with no head. Nose of tart apples. Reminds me slightly of the Lindeman's Faro I had the other day due to the sourness only a bit sweeter with less carbonation. Definite earthy notes. Nicely sweet but not at all cloying. Slightly vinous. A very fine cider indeed.

Keg at Fitzroy Tavern. Very pale yellow, lightly sparkling, decent foamy white head (not used to that on a cider). Aroma is gluey, apple juice, alcohol. Body is medium to light, soft carbonation, pretty smooth. Taste is apple-forward, minerally, not overly sweet, dry finish. Very drinkable. The commercial description shows that it’s made in a pretty artificial way...but I enjoyed my half pint.

On tap @ the Cramond Brig. Pours golden, actually smells of intense apple and actually tastes fairly similar. The palate has a good body a big tangy texture and a refreshing zing. Overall, pretty good.
