Keg at soho pub. Pours black with a residing perfect foam. Scent roasted malt and taste is consistent. A bit simple. Good. theprof (961) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, ENGLAND - MAY 11, 2017
Tap. Aroma has coffee chocolate and caramel notes. Pours dark with cream top and broken lacing. Taste has some bitterness. Slightly light in body but fairly lasting in the finish. MrBishop (78) - Berkshire, ENGLAND - MAY 4, 2017
Keg at The Angel, Rotherithe an old boozer my great grandad used to drink. Served way too cold. Pours dark brown with nice looking creamy head. Roasted malts and quite bitter. bartlebier (3982) - Belchium im Biersgau, GERMANY - MAY 3, 2017
Cask halfpint at Nellies, aka SamSmith-owned The White Horse Inn, Beverley, EastYorkshire. - Pours both cocoa-powdery and creamy from its cask. Dry cocoa roast and thin toasted bread, thin filter coffee and chocolate milk in aroma. Great hop dryness and a thin layer of roast over a sessionable traditional dry stout that is as easy to session as to love, especially in this its natural environment.

A great looking pint, pitch black with a crisp white head. I am new to stout and for me this was delicious. I would drink it again in a heartbeat. Fullpintofbeer (383) - Bristol, Somerset, ENGLAND - JAN 29, 2017
Tap @King William, Bristol.
Medium off-white creamy head, very dark brown colour, good lacing.
Aroma: bread, lightly roasted, bit of chocolate and coffee.
Lightly acidic with bitter aftertaste.
Medium body, soft carbonation.
Drinkable, smooth, needs more body, but generally really nice. john44 (3101) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 29, 2017
Nitro Keg Pint at Cittie of York, Holborn, London in Mar 2010 - Pitch Black in colour, with sustained creamy head. Very Malty; roast (almost burnt) malts, coffee, some chocolate, hint of liquorice. Hoppy; earthy hops. Roast malty throughout with bitter earthy hops. Long bitter finish. Very Dry. Tasty. Liked this a lot. Nice Stout!

Keg @ Sinclairs Oyster Bar. Aroma is lacking, a little roasted malt but nothing much. Appearance is good, nice and black like a stout. Taste is sickly and artificial, also too much carbonation on the palate. This beer is terrible in keg, if you’re going to have it make sure it’s in cask. Keg at the Cittie of Yorke, High Holborn, London. Poured very deep dark brown with a large creamy tan colour head. Aroma is chocolate, malt, roasted, and dark fruit. Medium sweetness, light roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth texture. Light bitterness to finish.
