355ml bottle shared with Steinar at the Samuel Smiths pub Angel Inn. Bright golden body under a remaining white head blanketing the glass. Herbal dry apricot aroma. Honeyed sweet apricot to the taste buds. Sweet fruity ending. Drinkable,
but far too sweet in the long run. (Leeds 04.07.2017). k0mpsa (2964) - Tuusula, FINLAND - JUN 25, 2017
Bottle from rimi, tallinn. Hazy yellow color, white head. Aroma has sweet apricot, some wheaty notes, some pineapples. Fresh sweet apricot taste, some tart notes, some pineapples, some wheat. gromimd (4) - - MAY 26, 2017 does not count
Heavy notes of apricot, extremely fruit forward and sweet, but pleasant character, great ale backbone, not bitter or sour in the slightest, crowd-pleasing!

Been eyeing this one for nearly a year in the cellar, but was never all all enthusiastic about trying it. As the expiration date has now just passed, it is time to face the call of duty. Pours hazy light orange from bottle and leaves a frothy white head that soon fades. The aroma is fairly one-sided with lots and lots of apricot. The taste is the beer’s strength, being both tart and sweet yet not overly so of either. Lots of apricot and citric flavor, with lesser notes of honey and pineapple. The prickly carbonation and nicely balanced mix of flavors make this one both interesting and refreshing. Won me over despite initial skepticism. Good! radbrews () - - MAY 3, 2017

April 2017 - 355ml bottle at home in Ricmond, as ’Samuel Smiths Organic Apricot Handcrafted Fruit Beer’, 5.1%, BB Oct 2017. Base brewed at Melbourn Bros Stamford and then blended at Old Brewery at Tadcaster. Pours a hazy grapefruit orange, lightly sparkling with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is mostly apricot yoghurt with some creamy vanilla vibes. Nice. Body is frothy with soft carbonation. A bit rough on the teeth this one. Taste has more apricot yoghurt, fruit salad chewy sweets, some peach slices in syrup. But mostly dried apricot. Not offensively sweet given the style. Quite well balanced and has a lot of flavour to it. Fun but not something I’d want to drink regularly. msbernac (2612) - Krakow, POLAND - MAR 31, 2017
Appearance-golden, hazy, white foam,
Taste-heavy cloying sweetness, medium sourness,
Palate-medium body, sticky, average carbonation, long finish,
Overall-refreshing but too sweet Aggiebob (1123) - Huntsville, Alabama, USA - FEB 21, 2017
Bottle. The color is a yellow gold with a nice white head and minimal lacing. The aroma has fruity apricot notes with a mild tartness. Very light and enjoyable. chinchill (4989) - South Carolina, USA - FEB 15, 2017

Flavor; tart-sweet through the finish; tart and mildly bitter in the aftertaste, Plenty fruity wih very ripe apricot flavor,

Visual: (cellared for 4 years). Pours cloudy pale apricot orange with a smallish dissipating head, thick ringed retention, half lacing, clusters and of very active streams.
Nose: fragrant unfiltered tangy apricot puree, slight alcoholic edge. (lvl-9)-pungency
Attack: crisp, thicker, mild fizzy-tingly, bright-fruity tangy
Mid-palate: background subdued barley malt, sweet wheat malt, (lvl-4-sweetness), soft unintrusive sour, very fruity apricot puree
Finish: subtle bitterness, a bit of wheat malt palate dry
Summary: Super fruity and a whole lot of authentic apricot flavour with enough grain malts to balance it out. Very easy drinking, but I find the finish somewhat short.
