Pours a clear lovely dark garnet. World class head volume, retention and lacing. Outstanding rich nose of sweet raspberry over a light biscuit. Light medium body with a smooth texture that has creamy moments due to the superb carbonation. Above normal carbonation with a nice effervescence from the middle on. The flavor profile is very good, but is a bit short in intensity when compared to their cherry variant. Complexity and balance are good. It begins with slightly sweet raspberry that approaches tart in the middle. A hint of herbal hops emerge in the middle over a soda like sweetness undertone. The finish is a slow effervescent fade of slightly tart raspberry over a residual biscuit sweetness.

Bottle @ weekly tasting shared with Dutchdrebus and Thompson. Hazy reddish color, average sized off-white to pinkish head. Smell and taste are both quite sweet, sweet candy, a bit artificial actually. Nah, too sweet for me. And a bit artificial imo, or at least I get that association. Not a fan.

Looks like sparkling cranberry juice. With a pink frothy head that dissipates quickly. The flavour is much more juice than beer. Quite refreshing but a lack of alcohol flavour.

500 ml bottle at home. Pours a slightly hazy reddish purple color with a small pinkish head that doesnt last. The aroma and flavor have raspberry jam, some tart character, light pale malts, not much else, just a bit more bang than the cherry version.
