Also known as Organic Raspberry Handcrafted Fruit Ale
A product of England this is an ale brewed with raspberry juice and natural flavours added. Brewed at All Saints in Stamford Lincolnshire and blended and bottled at Samuel Smiths Brewery. The finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation. This beer is blended with pure organic raspberry fruit juice and a previously cellared brew creating an unparalleled fruit ale. The smooth distinctive character of the matured ale serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.

Amber color with hues of red when held to the light. Light pink head. Concentrated raspberry scents. Too industrial for my liking. Herbal and medicinal are the things that pop into the mind with the first sip. Things do not change much after that. Industrial raspberry brew. 4/11

Its good even thou I had to double check the bottle and make sure it wasnt a wine, actually an ale strong raspberry flavor would recommend.

355ml bottle at the Swan and Three Cygnets, Durham. Pinkish-red colour with a thin white head. Aroma of strong, sweet raspberry gin. Tart notes of raspberry jam, balanced by the faint bitterness and light notes of a pale ale.

Bottle from Keelham Farm Shop, Thornton. Deeper clear red with a thin head. The raspberry is light, slightly tangy, with a light sweetness in taste, and a light sourness in its aftertaste.

Kauge (1873) - Tallinn, ESTONIA - JUL 25, 2016
Bottle from Sip in Tallinn ( 4.20). BB Dec 2016. Pours expectedly pinkish-purplish red; nice white head with shade of pink. Good lace. The aroma is of extremely lovely raspberry jam - and I love raspberry jam! The cane sugar adds a rather strong touch of candy-like effect but thats on a tolerable level. Tastes as nice, the raspberry is soft and ripe, jammy and sugary sweet. Extremely soft on the palate with very fine carbonation. Becomes more and more candy-like as it warms, but despite that Im really loving this (perhaps especially after an unusually sporty day).
