Also known as Organic Raspberry Handcrafted Fruit Ale
A product of England this is an ale brewed with raspberry juice and natural flavours added. Brewed at All Saints in Stamford Lincolnshire and blended and bottled at Samuel Smith’s Brewery. The finest organically grown barley and wheat are used to create a complex ale which having undergone primary and secondary fermentation with different yeasts and extended maturation. This beer is blended with pure organic raspberry fruit juice and a previously cellared brew creating an unparalleled fruit ale. The smooth distinctive character of the matured ale serves as the perfect counterpoint to the pure organic fruit juice.

For a fruit ale, this is probably the one to model after. I couldn’t tell of any malt, hops, or yeast character. I mostly got a sparkling fruit juice flavor to it.

550mL bottle. Pours a cranberry-colored dark red with a foamy medium pink head. Aroma is raspberry syrup/jam. Taste is similar with tart but sweet raspberry and a little malt. Decent bitterness in the finish. Medium body. Average carbonation. Sticky, creamy(isn) mouthfeel.

JPDIPSO (6216) - Wauwatosa, USA - OCT 28, 2016
Amber color with hues of red when held to the light. Light pink head. Concentrated raspberry scents. Too industrial for my liking. Herbal and medicinal are the things that pop into the mind with the first sip. Things do not change much after that. Industrial raspberry brew. 4/11

It’s good even thou I had to double check the bottle and make sure it wasn’t a wine, actually an ale strong raspberry flavor would recommend.

Dermi (1182) - Helsinki, FINLAND - SEP 13, 2016

WaddlingPlatypus (186) - Durham, ENGLAND - AUG 25, 2016
355ml bottle at the Swan and Three Cygnets, Durham. Pinkish-red colour with a thin white head. Aroma of strong, sweet raspberry gin. Tart notes of raspberry jam, balanced by the faint bitterness and light notes of a pale ale.
