Pours dark, nice bubbly head, a nice well balanced refreshing finish. Didnt care for the malt profile, a bit sweet and caramely.

DraftDodger (1310) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2017
Copenhagen 14/3 2017. 55 cl bottle from Hkeren. Some kind of pavilion on the label with the ubiquitous collection of gold medals. Pours clear golden yellow with big white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam. Moderate lacing. Aroma is fruity. Fermented fruit, very light citric notes and harsh bitterness. Medium carbonation and slightly thick palate. Flavor is lightly sweet followed by amore heavy slightly rough bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and long. Nice English Bitter - solid and classical.

Great color, head. Minimal nose. Light and easy to drink. Grainy malts, earthy hops, citrus, mild nutty sweetness. Not big on the esb style but this is a well made brew.

Dark golden pour with dense, creamy, persistent beige foam. Malty nose with a little caramel and some yeast. Taste is rich with bready, light caramel malt and a touch of grassy hops. Medium body and light carbonation. Surprising, clean finish. Very much the sort of thing one associates with ones local pub.

Aroma: Malty, wet stones. Appearance: A thick light golden light brown with a whipped creamy head. Taste: Goodness and gracious. Palate: Active to the final swallow. Overall: Strong and appetizing. Poured from a gift pack of 3 ales to include a Sam Smith pint glass. Get it while ye can and enjoy.

Draught at Ye Olde Chesire Cheese. Absolutely reeked, very off putting skunk, pub floor smell. May be fault of the pub. It tastes okay but not of a great deal.

Malty skunky aroma with a hint of hops at the end. Burnt orange color with a large tuft of bright white foam. Tastes very malty, hardly any hops at all, kind of bland. Nondescript palate, manages to be slightly watery and low carbonation at the same time. I wasnt a fan of this and I would not drink this again.
