This ale is indeed nut brown. It has a medium head and a fairly dark color. It is medium bodied, with a nice balance between the slightly caramelized malt and the hops. It is a pleasant ale, but not remarkable.
Bottle. Clear chestnut brown. Moderate off-white head. The nose is caramel, toffee, minor nuts, cocoa. Light body. Fairly dry tasting. Really nutty here. Rich toffee and caramel. Flavourful. Lightly hoppy ending. Floral. It's OK because of the entire dryness. A very pleasant brew. Benters (30) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - SEP 15, 2017
Pours a clear, dark amber/mahogany colour with average carbonation. Aroma is earthy, lightly roasted malts, slight nuttiness and some caramel. Taste is sweet, nuttiness shines through along with some caramel and fruitiness. Well balanced with slight hoppy bitterness. Medium-bodied, very enjoyable beer. Paired really well with Thai Red Chicken Curry - robust enough flavours to stand up to the dish; carbonation and hop bitterness help to cut through the spice and cleanse the palate whilst malty sweetness blends together with sweetness and spices in the dish to make a great match! 12oz bottle at home. Clear medium brown with a frothy off-white head. Caramel, nuts, cocoa, wood, dark fruit, dark bready malt. Medium-light body. Lingering nutty, mildly malty finish. Don't drink this too cold. Bill Becker (1099) - Casper, Wyoming, USA - SEP 4, 2017

355 ml bottle. Med gashåndtag. Dark amber colour with a medium sized lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel malts, nuts, fruits, candid sugar and a lightly toasted note. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes slightly drying with caramel malts and fruits. Liquorice. A nice classical Brown Ale. kaserov (874) - Oviedo, SPAIN - JUL 29, 2017

Thick and mild. very heavy in the belly. tastes great but nothing staggeringly fantastic. really it just seems like its made authentic. not a bad price either.
