Dark brown and light in texture. Big milk chocolate aroma. Sweet and nutty chocolate, but overall very nice mild stout.

Bottle at TPSA. Pours an opaque dark brown with a shallow, quick-dissipating cream head that quickly turned into a ring. Nose is milk chocolate, lactose, spice, vanilla, and a touch of coffee. On the tongue, the flavors shift darker; the milk chocolate becomes dark baking chocolate, and molasses and coffee come into play. Finish is long and bitter. One of the more skillful uses of chocolate Ive had in beer.

As stouts go this was one of our higher rated products. My wife really liked the chocolatey flavor. The finish left a candy like feeling in your mouth.

Bottle. Very dark opaque pour with a creamy tan head that dissipates pretty quickly. Pretty much nothing but cacao nibs in the aroma. Flavor follows - strong chocolate, with a little bit of fruit syrup at the end. Not quite as sweet as that sounds, but definitely on the sweeter side. A little thin for me, with lively carbonation.

Nice to have a very chocolatey stout that isnt pumped up to the power of an imperial. It smells like drinking chocolate. Tastes like it too, and as described it is sweet, but you can tell it is the sugar rather than grain - in fact the malt presence is fairly well hidden. Very dark, with a small fading tan head. Medium body, with light carbonation. Too sweet to have many, but one is very nice.

Pours black with a medium brownish head. Chocolate, vanilla, caramel and brownie. Sweet, smooth and very much a liquid chocolate cake or brownie.

A great stout. Pours dark chocolate brown with a thick tan head. Light roasty nose. Smooth thick palate. Chocolate and roasted malt on the tongue. Slight coffee finish. Nice after dinner stout.
