Ingredients: Water; Organic malted barley; Organic cane sugar; Yeast; Organic hops; Organic cocoa extract; Carbon dioxide
Brewed with well water (the original well, sunk in 1758, is still in use with the hard well water being drawn from 85 feet underground), the gently roasted organic cocoa extract impart a delicious, smooth and creamy character, with inviting deep flavours and a delightful finish - this is a marriage of satisfying stout and luxurious chocolate.

Bottle. Dark brown body with a reddish hue. Medium to small head for a stout. Aroma has sweet milk chocolate - it’s pretty natural and delicious, unlike on many cheaper chocolate beers that have a kind of powdery cocoa aroma/taste. Taste continues this smooth milk chocolate sensation that never starts to resemble cheap candies. Impressive. One of the better sweetened adjunct stouts that I can think of. Highly recommended, especially for people who normally don’t like beer. [PS: Less talk about your sunken well and more information about the type of cocoa used would be appreciated, thank you!]

My "go to" stout. Could be a bit thicker but taste and aroma make mouth feel much less important.

Delicious is the word for this! Dark brown/black pour with thin beige head. Aroma is dark malts and chocolate. Chocolate dominates its taste. Like a huge pour of fudge in a stout. Oh lord! Beautiful. Smooth, creamy, sweet and can’ t get ever enough! Gorgeous brew!

Best chocolate stout ever. Smooth and low in calories. Can be hard to find. Carried at cost plus.

Big beautiful fluffy persistent airy mocha coloured head. Deep dark brown. Powdered chocolate, milk chocolate aroma. Rich cocoa flavour, dark fruit, very low roast, sweet, almost like a milk stout. Med-full body, med carbonation. Sweet finish.

Sweet mother of Neptune... THIS is one delicious brew. Chocolate aroma, chocolate flavor, smooth as all Billy Get Out, and how I wish I’d purchased more than one bottle of this glorious stout. I’ll be back for more. Bank on it.

This beer is almost syrup. The aroma is thick with the cocoa, as is the flavor. The pour is dark and creamy with soft carbonation. The taste is chocolate and yet still beer - more chocolate than Young’s. The beer is very smooth and not bad, but a bit sweeter than I like.

355ml bottle. Almost pitch black color. Tiny size, fizzy head, stays as a ring. Sweet, massive chocolate, cake, some biscuits in aroma. Sweet, chocolate, biscuits, spicy hops in taste. Pure sweet chocolate cake in aftertaste. Fizzy carbonation. Yummy brew.

Pours a dark brown-black from a bottle. Aroma of chocolate biscuits, flavor of chocolate ice cream, or cooled down chocolate chaud. Pretty big mouth feel for a sweet stout, which I find usually horribly thin. Very good beer.

Brownish black beer, minimal head. Aroma: strong sweet cane sugar, milk chocolate. Really sweet aroma. Reminds me of rum. Taste: again medium to high sweetness, a lot of cocoa, milk chocolate, cane sugar. Rum with chocolate on finish. Palate: kinda watery, low body, alcohol on finish (definitly rum in aftertaste). Overall: I like aroma and taste alot, but palate and this alcoholy finish...
