355ml bottle. Dark brown beer, medium tan head. Nose is cocoa and chocolate, roast notes, very sweet. Flavor is sweet, cocoa dust and chocolate, mild yeast. Sweet and slightly milky finish. Cloying with lots of cocoa.

Bottle. Pours black, light tan head. Bright, sweet aroma of caramel and vanilla. Flavor is light and sweet without being cloying. Mild roast character. Mostly get sweet notes. Dark fruit, mild chocolate. Silky smooth mouthfeel. Easy drinking sweet chocolate stout.

Kolor brunatny, piana obfita, utrzymująca się, oblepiająca szkło. W zapachu bardzo mocno czekolada i trufle. W smaku zdecydowanie słodki, intensywna deserowa czekolada, praliny, wanilia, śmietanka. Absolutnie brak jakiejkolwiek gorzkiej czy wytrawnej kontry. Średnia pełnia, nasycenie wysokie jak na styl. Bardzo ciekawe, ale jednowymiarowe.

I’ve had this beer many times and has always been delicious. They are so consistent. Aroma and flavor go hand-in-hand as the rich chocolate hits your nose with the same impact as the flavor hits your tongue.

Pours a dark black with a nice tan head and nice lacing. All I can smell is milk chocolate and that is a good thing. Taste is of milk chocolate but not as strong as the aroma. This is a good chocolate stout not as chocolatey as Southern Tiers Choklat but still really good.

Tasty authentic cocoa, fantastic aroma. Not too strong either. Very drinkable. This is great stuff

Big milk chocolate aromas. Dark black with brown head. Thin body let’s the chocolate flavor slide in and go down like an Easter basket. Sweet and creamy yet thin, but really Fucking good.

Amazing milk chocolate on the nose and in the mouth, pleasant medium sweetness. Caramel. Also fresh, light roasted bitterness, a bit mineral.

3.3
Foerdifuxx (361) - Franconia, GERMANY - FEB 11, 2017
Pitch black beer with a brownish, medium sized, good lasting, head. Aromas of sweet peach, dark fruits, sugar, chocolate milk, faint spicy and earthy hops. Taste is similar to aroma, but more dark fruits here and some mint(?), sugar sweet with a dry finish, bit unpleasant sticky sweet floral perfume from grandma. Light to medium body, average carbonation, oily texture.

PanMarek (438) - Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 10, 2017
Black, opaque pour with dense, beige head that lasts. Malty chocolate in the nose with a touch of anise. The taste is similar and brings out vanilla, brown sugar and a little nutty element. Heavy, smooth texture with little fizz. An excellent variation on a milk stout. The sweet flavor is not cloying or unctuous and the relatively low alcohol makes it less ponderous than other, similar stouts.
