Amazing milk chocolate on the nose and in the mouth, pleasant medium sweetness. Caramel. Also fresh, light roasted bitterness, a bit mineral.

Pitch black beer with a brownish, medium sized, good lasting, head. Aromas of sweet peach, dark fruits, sugar, chocolate milk, faint spicy and earthy hops. Taste is similar to aroma, but more dark fruits here and some mint(?), sugar sweet with a dry finish, bit unpleasant sticky sweet floral perfume from grandma. Light to medium body, average carbonation, oily texture.

Black, opaque pour with dense, beige head that lasts. Malty chocolate in the nose with a touch of anise. The taste is similar and brings out vanilla, brown sugar and a little nutty element. Heavy, smooth texture with little fizz. An excellent variation on a milk stout. The sweet flavor is not cloying or unctuous and the relatively low alcohol makes it less ponderous than other, similar stouts.

craftbeersweden (700) - SWEDEN - FEB 6, 2017
A dark brown beer with a two finger high, beige-brown head that leaves lacing on the glass.

Nose: Vanilla, brown sugar, milk chocolate and syrup.
Taste: Caramel malt, vanilla, brown sugar, lactose, chocolate and a litle bit of coffee.
Mouth: Medium body and carbonation. Sweet, very sweet. No bitterness.

Flasche 50cl. Schön trockene Nase nach Kakaopulver und einer leichten Schokoladensüße. Im Antrunk jedoch diffus bitter und laff. Nicht mein Ding, schade!

12oz bottle. Pours dark brown with a moderate tan head. Aroma is chocolate milk with a little toffee. Taste is milk chocolate, sugar, toast, some vanilla, very light nuttiness, and just a trace of dark fruit. Medium body. Soft carbonation. Light mouthfeel; creamy but on the thin side. Very simple but highly enjoyable stout.

OMG, what a cocoa. Great beer. Not very sophisticated, just good stout, but this cocoa wins a day.

18.7 oz Bottle from Krogers The sweet stout poured opaque b\black color with a tan frothy head and lacing. A good looking stout. The sweet aroma of chocolate and brown sugar greets you. The flavor is full of chocolate and dark brown sugar with hints of nuttiness and molasses. The sweet stout has a medium body with soft carbonation. This stout is sweeter than I normally would go for, but is well balanced and finishes nicely.
