This beer pours smoothly and comes out a clear good with many bubbles. Smell is almost complete sweet apple, almost to a sugary state. Taste was good, but did not live up to the aroma. Wouldn’t turn this away, but I wouldn’t seek it out either.

Pours a nice gold colour with lots of bubbles. Aroma includes notes of tart apples, pears, apricots, and sharp esters. Tasting notes include a well rounded apple palate, and pears, apricots, and floral notes. The finish is a tad boozy, but all in all a pretty good English Cider!

A bottle poured into a pint glass -- Low to medium carbonation, very light color, semi-sweet. Definitely an English version of a cider, not extreme like American ciders. Refreshing.

Aroma is almost entirely apple with some slight sugar. Taste, again, almost completely apple with a smooth finish. Appearance is a clear gold with almost no head.

Really enjoyed this beer. It is very crisp and refreshing. Thought it was smooth and tart.

Bottle. An average Apple Cider. Clean and crisp with a lively carbonation, and a nice apple presence in aroma and flavor.

16oz Bottles at Track 84 - Warwick, RI. Sugar and malic acid nose. Blunted relatively generic apple aroma and initial flavor. Clean, bright, and with a decent balance of acid and sugar without being too sweet, nor too blandly dry. Overall, however, the apple character is pretty weak. But, I’m grateful to have an organic cider available that isn’t Woodchuck.
