Smooth, with a nice weight. Feels like a heffeweisse but tastes like a well rounded, dry cider. The mouth feel is superior. The flavor is clean and subtle. Not too sweet and not vinegary. Wulfstan (509) - California, USA - OCT 15, 2009
This is absolutely one of the best ciders I’ve ever had.
It is unusually bweautiful for a cider, golden with a very large white head steadily dissipatin to a thin,. lasting head and elaving even a few hints of lace. Most ciders have only a thin, airy head and, regardless of the head size, no head retention whatsoever, much less lace.
The aroma is full, ripe green apples.
The taste is full and crisp. It has ripe green apples, slightly tart, along with ripe sweet red apples. It’s not too sweet and not too dry, with great balance and lasting flavur. A light yeatsy character builds to the finish, really adding to the apple in the lng aftertaste. It has unusually good complexity for a cider. steam_donkey (1) - - AUG 1, 2014 does not count
I have many ciders from around the world. This is by far one of my favorites. If you like hyper sweet or even champagne like ciders, then this probably not for you. It’s as about as basic as you can get. Thick refreshing flavor. Best if consumed really cold. To me...it’s a "cider mans" cider. If your craving candy, an apple is t probably gonna do the trick, if your favorite ciders are really sweet, this may not be the beverage for you. I love it! Served in a glass beer mug. This is one of the best ciders on the market. It is very refreshing and easy to drink.

I really liked this. Almost drinks like a wine...very smooth for a cider. Doesn’t have the artificially sugary flavor palate of say a Magners or Strongbow. Very soft finish...little bit floral almost. Enjoyed this tremendously and will buy more. One of the better ciders I’ve come across. Ciderbot (1) - Bedfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 22, 2013 does not count
Great taste every time. I love this cider. It just doesn’t tats like a holiday cider, but has that distinct taste of a beer that will stand alone through any meal nearbeer (5565) - Knoxville, Tennessee, USA - OCT 30, 2008
UPDATED: JUN 10, 2010 500 ml. Gold with a small but lasting head that leaves no lace. Aroma is pure, tart-and-sweet green apples. Flavor is the same, with a bit more earthy apple-peel character. Light body is dry, tingly and watery. ComradeK (1256) - Sydney, AUSTRALIA - JUN 29, 2010
550ml bottle. Pours pale gold, with no head. The aroma is mainly yeasty apples. The flavour begins with a delicious tartness, finishing with sweet apple fruit. A quality cider. ads135 (4933) - Omaha, Nebraska, USA - SEP 7, 2012
This is a very nice cider. Crisp and dry. The apples start tart and end with a pleasant sweetness.
