COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Bottle: Pasteurised.
Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay.

Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

Bottled and drunk from an English dimpled pint mug. Wonderful sweet, slightly tart citrus flavour with a warm and cozy malt background. A truly outstanding lager and a new favourite of mine. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Best Beer ever, repeat, best beer ever!!!!! I love this stuff, and even mentioned it in my profile. Can I afford a 4-pack a night, no way! But i love it, clean, clear, no bitterness, and a mild taste of hops and grain. They serve this in heaven people so if you're not sure where you are going, try this now befoe it may be too late!

UPDATED: JUL 18, 2007 Wow! A superb lager brewed where you’d least expect it. Superior head. Beautiful grainy aroma followed by a wonderfully smooth malt, classic lager flavor. Highly recommended.
