Golden colour, floral bouquet and light flavour of newly mowed hay.

Brewed with great care using only malted barley, hops, medium-soft water and a bottom-fermenting yeast; matured at low temperatures to bring out its delicate flavour and soft hop-character finish.

The cold maturation period allows the bottom-fermenting yeasts to secondary ferment and improve the lager’s flavour, purity and condition.

12 ounce bottle from Downtown Wine & Gourmet in Harrisonburg, VA. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium frothy offwhite head. Decent head retention and lacing. Aroma of sweet caramel malts, toasted malts and a bit of apple. The taste is apples, bitter hops, raisins, and a toasted malt and caramel finish. Medium bodied. Decent.

355ml bottle. "Pure Brewed" lol, is this budweiser or something?

It pours a clear gold with a foamy white head that dissipares with some decent lacing.

The smell is metallic and grainy. It has a doughy, crusty malt scent.

The flavor is rather poor in my opinion. It is super watery. The hops leave a vomity flavor and the malt is bland.

Try again boys, whew.

Dogbrick (14000) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - FEB 27, 2008
Bottle from Winking Lizard. This beer pours a clear pale orange-gold color with a thin off-white head that dissipates quickly. Spotty lacing. The aroma is mildly hoppy with a bit of malt. Light-bodied with a light hops and malt flavor with touches of grass and fruit. The finish is lightly hopped and short. Overall this beer is rather subpar.

Keg at the angel, holburn. Pale yellow coloured pour with s lasting white froth. Aroma fresh grains, grain store, little farmyard note earthyness. Flavour is characterful grains, straw, little sweetness, crisp finish. Goes down well. Palate is refreshing and crisp with highish carbonation. Solid.

Rune (13645) - Tromsø, NORWAY - SEP 3, 2008
Full pint, keg at Cittie of Yorke, Holborn. Served chilled. Golden body, under a white, filmy layer. Discreet malty to the nose. Brief flavour notes of herbal hops and some vegetables. Soft and clean tasting, but otherwise a rather ordinary lager (09.08.2008).
