[2713-20100119] Tap. Good toasty hints in the aroma. Clear, medium orange body with a long-lasting creamy off-white head and thick lacing. Smooth toasty hops flavour has a little wood and a long sweet aftertaste. Creamy medium body. Good bitter.

Draught Creamy nitro head atop a copper body. Muted nose of biscuity malts and floral hop. Much the same on the body. Medium bitterness to finish. Lean body, moderate carbonation. Bit plain, especially compared to their Old Bitter off cask,

On tap at the Captain Kidd, Wapping 8/03/10. Pale amber with next to no head. Slight, malty aroma. Flavour of biscuit malts and a touch of fruit leading to a bitter finish. Ok, but not memorable.

kwik-lime (1926) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 11, 2009
UPDATED: JUL 15, 2009 I think I was a bit harsh on this last time. It is bland and too nitrous but I don’t think it warranted the rather scathing review I posted.

Light amber hazy color; thin creamy head. Light hop aroma. Simple Bitter, with some caramel, light flavors, light ashes. Correct bitterness. Too light, but not bad.
