Keg at Birreria Heritage Artigianale, Warsaw, Poland. Clear amber, small head. Caramelly nose. Mid sweet with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Caramelly, some grass. Mid bitter finish. Sweet and neutral. Doesn’t lift.

labeerinthum (864) - Milano, ITALY - FEB 1, 2016
Bottiglia @ Simei 2015, Milano.

Bottle, kindly shared by Kita. Malty, sugary, caramelly aroma, very floral, with notes of hay. Floral, malty flavour, light bitter. Quite a rustical beer. Tasty.

Rich amber color, very minimal head retention. Some oxidation on the nose. Wet cardboard flavor up front, oxidized. Some roasted malt character, tastes stronger than 5.5%

Amber, copper colored. Fine white head, minimal head retention. More butter. Dried leaves, old book, herbal, bushy hop aromas. Telltale notes of oxidation. Savory vegetal notes, garden. Lightly tangy. Lightly creamy feel. Soft carbonic finish with apple pie and pome fruit.
