Draft at the brewpub. Pours hazy pale gold with a fizzy white head. Tastes like lemon, creamy wheat, some corn, and coriander. Light body and low carbonation. Smells like lemon, wheat corn, and doughy malt. zoucrew102 (1869) - - JUL 11, 2014
Bottle, thanks sevenhokie! Very weak aroma with slight wheat notes. Pours cloudy, golden color with a thin white head and a little bit of lacing. Weak wheat flavors to start with acidic undertones. Finishes smooth with more wheat and slight acidic flavors. Refreshing, but lacks any substantial flavor. Oakes (17642) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 16, 2011
Cloudy and very pale. Very light body. Has a bit of musty yeastiness. Served with lemon and that’s all I can taste. Beershine (5224) - VANCOUVER, British Columbia, CANADA - OCT 10, 2011
Draft @ brewpub. Milky pale canary yellow. Sort of looks like a wit beer I guess. Has a cheesy smell with quite a lot of lactic acid. Soft palate. Nutty grains. Flaccid flavors. Served with a lemon wedge seemed annoying at first but it actually adds some much-needed brightness to the drink. Could be worse.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2011 draft. witbier appearance. flavorless and pale, watery throughout. lightly fizzy with flavors of light lemon and wheat with soapy esters, but it’s really one of the most flavorless weizens I’ve ever had. remarkably empty flavor-wise, though thankfully the wheat provides the body with a small amount of beefiness. avalancher34 (58) - Lexington, Kentucky, USA - SEP 2, 2010
Advertised as a ’Smooth’ beer. (Hence the name) I guess the brewer’s idea of a smooth beer meant one with no taste at all. An unfiltered ’something’ of a style beer that IS smooth, but IS NOT good. There’s just nothing here. No aroma (though it did come with a slice of lemon), no taste, no body, no texture. I have never encountered a ’micro-brew’ with such....nothingness. Bomber poured a cloudy yellow with a small lingering ring of white foam. Aromas of wheat, yeast and light citrus. Palate was light to medium bodied and crisp with a smooth finish. Flavors of wheat, yeast and light citrus with a smooth yeasty finish. jb43 (1650) - Colorado Springs, Colorado, USA - AUG 7, 2009
(draft). Cloudy, pale yellow color. Small white head. Light wheat aroma and flavor. Avg duration. Slightly astringent finish. Thin texture. Moderate carbonation. Fair lacing.
