March 2013. Bottle. Aromas of light fruit, malt and honey. Golden yellow with a white head. Flavors are buttery and malty with some sweetness on the finish.
Clear copper brown color with very fast disappearing foam layer. The smell is sweet with a lot of honey. The taste has sweet honey and a not fitting malt character. A bit of an unfortunate beer experiment that stayed a bit behind my expectation. Little malty aftertaste. SinH4 (4711) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - JAN 7, 2016
Amber color with small white head that disappears quickly. Aroma is malty, spicy, honey, some bubblegum. Quite tangy. Taste is earthy, malty, spicy, also with honey and bubblegum, grainy as well. Quite pleasant. Something is weird in here, but it works. Quite a big-bubbled carbonation paired with a silky mouthfeel and good chewiness. A bit confusing. Bottle at home (from Zurich).
Hazy light brown color almost no head.
Malty taste, hint of nobles hops.

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2014 330ml bottle server in a tulip glass.
A: Pours a very dark amber almost brown color forming a big bubbled beige head. Good retention and lots of soapy lacings left in the glass. A persistent thin layer remains on the top for long time
S: Strong honey, fact. Strong notes of grapes too. Very fruity to a Bock beer to be honest. Also quite malty. Notes of caramel. Flowery in the end
T: Quite malty in the month. Slightly sweet upfront. Strong notes of caramel and honey. Notes of grapes. A bit metallic. A bit of bubblegum. Slightly sour. Good but light hoppy bitterness
M: Medium bodied and carbonation.
O: Good drinkability. Another nice brew from Birrificio Ticinese.

"A pleasant addition to our tasting from a buddy’s beerpulse rare beer club membership. Heavy for a bock, kinda light for a doppel. Love the honey in the aroma. While the flavor is pleasant as well, it’s pretty simple and not quite as complex as the aroma would have you believe. Solid." Ricoslim (116) - - MAY 18, 2014
Had at gnarly barley thanks to the guys at Progressive. Pours brown with nice white head. Honey is the star of this show on both aroma and taste. Caramel comes through as well but honey dominates. hopscotch (11049) - Vero Beach, Florida, USA - APR 13, 2014
Bottle... Clear dark copper pour with a small, creamy, off-white head. Good retention. The aroma is a medley of toasted malts, dates and figs. Medium-bodied with busy carbonation. The flavor is toasty and chock-full-of dried dark fruits, accompanied by a modest measure of roasty bitterness. Finishes bready, minerally and a touch bitter. Honig im aroma schön wahrnehmbar. Ungleichmässige trübung. Leicht süsslich im geschmack.
